If I am correct, Peter McBain was Managing Director of a Civil Construction / Mining contractor called Brierty, resigning in 2016 following what looks like a disastrous road upgrade project which made a $15m loss, shortly before it went into admin.
He previously had a number of years experience as a General Manager - Project Development in the mining / infrastructure sector1 -
