    Sick and tired of revisionist social media warriors who try and make out like comics like Jim Davidson were and are pure evil because they had pretty un-pc banter in those days. But it was those days, same kind of people who call Winston Churchill a racist fascist (the absolute irony), you can’t judge people when things and culture were completely different then.

    Would I want to see Jim on tv again? Absolutely not, for the same reason as above, the world has changed and moved on in quite a big way.

    My mate and brothers were over last night and we flicked this on as there wasn’t much on and he had us in stitches. The comment about the 12some to his sons was hilarious.

    Comes across a great Bloke, with a few demons, but he’s only human we all have a past. His charity work for the military is admirable and he dropped a dig in on Roland, what’s not to like.

    Well yes of course it was necessary you plum! I was making a point and backed it up with hard evidence. It wasn't difficult and that was just the threads on first page of 50+ from the search. Also at least one poster has started multiple threads on Jim.
    The house rules on here are if you want to make a comment on someone then find an existing thread if there is one.
