Having been on the phone with the missus for an hour and a half debating if we can carry on, am pleased to say I have been suckered into a longer discussion that looks pretty good.
As to the takeover, well looks like going to happpen sooner rather than later.

2nd time airman has jumped the gun with something like this. Really needs to stop leaking stuff like that now, getting people’s hopes up, especially fellow charlton fans hopes, in order to look like you’ve got a scoop ain’t really on.
Simply tweeting ‘done deal #cafc’ was stupid, when you’ve admitted yourself that it wasn’t a done deal as there are other minor things to tie up. ‘Price agreed’ would have been a bit more appropriate.
I hope that the latest info about the deal not being done turns out to be incorrect and that a takeover is announced in the next few days. Sadly I get the feeling it ain’t gunna be the case.

Whether he likes it or not, Airman is the face of the protests and campaigns to get this rotten lot out and when it happens he'll rightly take the plaudits. Just think his desperation to see them gone clouds his judgement at times.4 -

Still happy to hear any gossip along the way even if, sometimes, it's a bit off the mark. Though the deal isn't officicially 'done' we are clearly close now and Airman/redhenry obviously have informative sources.

If Rick has heard something I hope he continues to tweet, post or publish it. I don’t think any of us doubt his ability to have credible sources. If he’s been told something and chooses not to tell us we’re all worse off. Keep it comping please.
