Blatter seems to be blaming those dastardly Frogs, who apparently were bribed by the wrong country and went for Qatar instead of America, as had previously been agreed BEFORE THE BLEEDIN' VOTE!!! If that hadn't happened everything would have been okay allegedly.

The FA, now trying to get back from FIFA the millions we spent trying to win the 2018 world cup, which had already been given to Russia. The only thing I find amusing, is the behind scenes backhanders given to officials for different countries to vote for world cup winning countries, when it now appears that the vote did not matter, because it was already a done deal.1
