Not gonna happen I’m afraidArmchairAddick said:I'm hoping if they release any new "better" seats people who already purchased get the option to upgrade first?7 -
If anyone is after a single, keep refreshing/trying as they are continuing to pop up. I've just got a seat in block 534 which is in my basket but don't need it so will delete and let someone else get in there

The chances of that happening equate approximately to the square root of f*ck all.7 -
Not even that good!bobmunro said:ArmchairAddick said:I'm hoping if they release any new "better" seats people who already purchased get the option to upgrade first?

Surely they will need to release more tickets, as if the Orient tickets go on general sale anyone can buy them, including Charlton fans who missed out12

Once tickets have been purchased, they cannot be moved, amended or refunded.ArmchairAddick said:I'm hoping if they release any new "better" seats people who already purchased get the option to upgrade first?

Do we really want to buy opposition end tickets though?jacob_CAFC said:Surely they will need to release more tickets, as if the Orient tickets go on general sale anyone can buy them, including Charlton fans who missed out

So finally got two tickets. One at 3.05pm and another at 3.55pm - in different blocks sadly.
Kept refreshing and refreshing and then some appear be available but when you click on, they have gone.
I am guessing there must be some kind of staggered release but my god it was stressful.0 -

Orient tickets won't go on general sale - it would be utter madness if they ever considered it.2 -
It's more likely tickets that were added to a basket but for some reason, the purchase didn't go through (card declined, change of mind etc).bingaddick said:So finally got two tickets. One at 3.05pm and another at 3.55pm - in different blocks sadly.

Got a lot of time for that, I'm bringing 7 along, and none are Charlton, planning on doing my biggest Charlton vlog ever.blackpool72 said:Me and my Charlton season ticket mates have all bought 4 tickets each.
So about 50 of us in total.
I can honestly say everyone going is a Charlton supporter.
Got a stunt double, make up artist, camera man, director, someone to help me remember my lines, and a few other crew members where they keep an eye on Charlton scores, so can't argue with that.

I think they are timing out of peoples baskets or being released at check out, it will keep happening for a whilebingaddick said:So finally got two tickets. One at 3.05pm and another at 3.55pm - in different blocks sadly.

Anyone who has bought for someone they are not sure of, be it friend, girlfriend, wife etc I think the time has come to sever those ties and put their ticket up for sale on here so only genuine Charlton fans get to Wembley.8

I'm after 2 adult, 1 child if anyone hears of any0

So people are just bringing people who have no interest in football?Croydon said:
This is such a load of bollocks btw.arny23394 said:
No they won’t because 99% of those people will be fans of other football teams.redbuttle said:
Yes and those people might enjoy the day and become new fans.arny23394 said:Pisstake that genuine Charlton fans won’t be able to get a ticket when about half our allocation will be going to friends of Charlton fans that fancy a day out
It was the same for the previous two finals, lots of tickets sold for people who were not Charlton fans. How do you know this?

Apparently they are on general sale from tomorrow, and according to their website you can even buy them in personbobmunro said:jacob_CAFC said:Surely they will need to release more tickets, as if the Orient tickets go on general sale anyone can buy them, including Charlton fans who missed out

I personally wouldn't and but I am sure there would be some people that would do!Dazzler21 said:

Not really a conspiracy - I know several Charlton fans who bought a bunch of tickets for their Premier League mates. There will be a lot of ticket holders who couldn't care less if Charlton win or lose.Croydon said:PrincessFiona said:
well done! I have similar when I'm at work, but without such a long walk. But I'm WFH and didn't get anyThrappersAddick said:Close call...I work in prisons, so managed to bring a meeting forward to 1, rushed the governor through the meeting, got back to the manager's office to get in the queue. All good, like 214 in the queue, and got into the site quite quickly. Got the tickets bagged, went to pay.
Bloody one time passcode needed.
Mobiles aren't allowed in prison, so queue the panic, and a manic fast walk (not allowed to run in prison either) from the furthest point from the main gate as I could possibly be, an a jog all the way round to the back of the prison to my car, get the code, call the office where a colleague was waiting for the code. I'm knackered, sweating and not looking good but happy and totally worth it!!! See you Sunday! Whoop whoop!!
Started waiting early but ended up only 2100 in the queue, which scuppered me
How many non Charlton fans have tickets whilst long-term regulars don't?
This conspiracy theory is getting out of control2 -
Yep there will be plenty of WH, Spurs, Arse etc, etc and dare I say it Millwall amongst us.arny23394 said:Pisstake that genuine Charlton fans won’t be able to get a ticket when about half our allocation will be going to friends of Charlton fans that fancy a day out2 -

I've got a child you can have? - I'll ask the missus when she gets home, and if she agrees you can come and collect himaddicktedjim said:I'm after 2 adult, 1 child if anyone hears of any
Actually thinking about it, I'll throw the missus into the deal too, so you'll only need one adult then46 -

BTW, bit of advice on the payment page, DO NOT refresh it, it will straight up kill the payment as the back end won't want to attempt to take multiple payments.
If you're worried and have a bank that gives you push notifications when a payment is completed, keep an eye on those, or your banks feed page.2 -

Beat me to it - I was also going to make some comment about modern slavery and all that!2 -
@Friend Or DefoeFriend Or Defoe said:How many did the scum take to the autowindscreen? 45k?
47,349 Millwall fans attended the AWS Cup Final v Wigan Athletic. A record at the old Wembley.
49,661 Millwall fans attended the L1 Play-off Final v Scunthorpe United. A record for the new Wembley. Both figures do not include corporate seats.5 -
Guarantee you at some point over the next day or so that a random strip of top seats will come up in the 200's or similar for whoever's lucky enough to refresh at that time!2

There’s going to be a much larger queue than they were expecting outside the ticket office at Brisbane Road tomorrow!jacob_CAFC said:

I truly hope that the Club make a statement on the current situation and what is going to happen next in respect of additional tickets. Its not fair on fans to keep plugging not knowing if they're going to get in on the first refresh or the 39th.... We've done our bit now its up to the Club to give everyone clarity.3

1) Be happy you have a ticket. Seems likely some who would like to attend may miss out.ArmchairAddick said:I'm hoping if they release any new "better" seats people who already purchased get the option to upgrade first?
2) The atmosphere will feel much the same regardless of where you are.
3) The view from the "bad" seats is still very good. IMO the view higher up may actually be better, albeit a bit more distant from the action.6 -

I imagine they're bloody busy liaising and negotiating with Wembley as to how many more tickets we can have and exactly when we would be allowed to put them on sale.peterreeves said:I truly hope that the Club make a statement on the current situation and what is going to happen next in respect of additional tickets.
