I missed out, unfortunately. I think it was a completely fair system, and I'm glad that all of you who attended more than I will be cheering on the lads. Just got to pray they release more tickets.
  • Wow, that's an amazing take-up of tickets - those upper-tier tickets absolutely hoovered up!! More will come.

They will have to release more blocks to us. Orient won’t be able to go to General Sale otherwise. Dont give up faith guys

Any chance that it can be fed back to the club that can they be released to same phase level as today and not general sale ? (If / when new blocks become available)
And no way should Orient end tickets go on general sale when we have registered fans without tickets.
I'm not entirely sure the police will allow their tickets to go on general sale unless we're given more, as otherwise it'll just lead to some of our fans buying in their end.
Yeah that’s why it’s pretty much a guarantee we will get thousands more

Just keep refreshing the page, I think you may be able to get one if you are only looking for one. I'm trying to buy one for me and my Dad together so I don't think there is much hope for me lol

Close call...I work in prisons, so managed to bring a meeting forward to 1, rushed the governor through the meeting, got back to the manager's office to get in the queue. All good, like 214 in the queue, and got into the site quite quickly. Got the tickets bagged, went to pay.

    Bloody one time passcode needed.

Mobiles aren't allowed in prison, so queue the panic, and a manic fast walk (not allowed to run in prison either) from the furthest point from the main gate as I could possibly be, an a jog all the way round to the back of the prison to my car, get the code, call the office where a colleague was waiting for the code. I'm knackered, sweating and not looking good but happy and totally worth it!!! See you Sunday! Whoop whoop!!
    Gad you're 'in mate'
Fine, fine work.   By both of you!

Don't know whether the demand is there for another 10k  Most people have their tickets now.

5K is doable I would say

Congratulations to all those who have secured their tickets (I'm jealous!), and keep the faith those that have missed out - there will be more made available.

This morning, I have been trying to help @SoundAsa£ with a ticket, he has been receiving an error code once he has got into Wembley match tickets.  He had to key in his email address and password and then ERROR CODE popped up.
Has anybody else had this problem?

I've been to every cold wet Tuesday night game since 1957, but all the Wembley tickets have gone to tourists on day release >:(

Did anyone else have their card constantly declined? I got in at 2:05pm but it took me 40 minutes and 6 different cards to check out.

In comparison to the semi-final. That was dreadful.
This has been an issue over the last few days. It’s been reported to the club to investigate as people have purchased with same card before. In some cases the card is declined several times before being accepted.

also appears to be a club problem as no box displayed to tell you to authorise payment in your banking app, just a decline message.

Out of interest what Operating system was you using and web browser
I used Safari. Same device and card as I bought semi-final tickets with and had no issues at all.

Must have tried each card 3 or 4 times before it randomly accepted the first card I tried.

Although it was stressful, I’m more disappointed for anyone on here who had issues and couldn’t get tickets.

    Hopefully we’ll get more.

well done! I have similar when I'm at work, but without such a long walk. But I'm WFH and didn't get any :( Started waiting early but ended up only 2100 in the queue, which scuppered me

How many non Charlton fans have tickets whilst long-term regulars don't?

My email address is never recognised even though it is on my 'profile'. Always have to use my 6 digit Fan ID number and  password.

Yes gutted. No tickets for me and 10 year old grandson. First Wembley final I will have missed unless more are released to us. Needless to say if anyone has any spares please DM me. Happy to have two adults if it gets us there. I am still holding onto hope. 55 years of supporting Charlton.

My Orient season ticket holder family member reckons they have sold 15k 'ish. Does anyone have a clue as to whether this is true? Be nice to know as my PC died right at the wrong moment, so I am praying to the gods (which I think is anyone currently sat in rows 535 - 545) for more allocation to come our way

Presume if they get more they won't go on general sale until members have had a chance?

My mate was using edge on same device and card that he has previously used.

think issue is clubs bandwidth, timeout period for payments or with their payment provider.

It's impossible that we won't get more. i'm fully expecting there to be an announcement later tonight or early tomorrow saying we've been given more.

We've sold 37k and let's say at a push Orient sell 25k. That number would be about 13k LESS than was sold by us and Sunderland in 2019. So to me it's fairly obvious we'll get more.

Seems entirely implausible that anyone will miss out. Orient were being released tickets block by block, they won't take half the stadium and more will be released to us. Very often league one finals don't sell out, and there's no way the authorities leave cash on the table. We'll get plenty more I'm sure.

A friend tried to purchase on his phone from 2pm and after selecting seats kept getting an error message. Apparently sold out?

Pisstake that genuine Charlton fans won’t be able to get a ticket when about half our allocation will be going to friends of Charlton fans that fancy a day out
Yes and those people might enjoy the day and become new fans.
No they won’t because 99% of those people will be fans of other football teams.
This is such a load of bollocks btw.
So people are just bringing people who have no interest in football?

It was the same for the previous two finals, lots of tickets sold for people who were not Charlton fans.

Like you say I think they’ll do well to get to 25k, guessing it will be closer to 20k. Either way that should mean tons more tickets for us, hopefully they are sensible and give us at least a first batch of 5k very soon so we can get them on sale to our fans.

We should definitely delay the general sale window so that the fans who weren’t able to buy in the members window have a fair chance to get their tickets before it goes to general sale.
