I know it must be agg for Wembley but no way surely they can’t sell block by block clockwise going around so we don’t have the oppo fans sitting above issue for the smaller fanned club , to leave the option of segregation easier and less empty seats
They shouldn’t have started selling Orient the lower tier over on that other side if they were worried about having Charlton above Orient in that section.
I can only guess it was a policing decision with games going on at Fulham and Spurs on the same day.
Gutted for anyone who couldn’t get in with about 6-8,000 empty seats in that section alone.

All the OB did was stand in the way on Wembley way both before & after the game. However I did see two nick a Charlton fan when walking back to Preston Road.

From what I am seeing on youtube and social media, there was far too many people at this game than there should have been, at the expense of real fans.
Mainly in the Orient end. Felt like from where I was sitting, everyone seemed to be into the game and in Charlton colours. I can't say the same for the Orient end, pathetic. (Not a dig at the proper O's)
Feel bad for anyone that didn't make it and hope you get another chance. 👍🏻

Take it up with the club then. When it was announced that it was 4 tickets per person nearly most on here were in agreement. Now some might disagree but I don't think I should be able to get hold of 3 tickets for people who've only been to a handful of games over the past 5 seasons.

But surely if anyone missed out they were ones who had only been to a handful of games over 5 seasons too? No reason why any season ticket holders should have missed out, likewise those with x number of points, or those in VG etc. Any who missed out were surely the less committed fans (not a dig, there are loads of reasons fans can’t attend and it doesn’t make them any less of a fan, just further down the queue) although that is disappointing.
I gave into temptation when i hazarded upon an EFL online news item, congratulating themselves on the aggregate attendance across the three fixtures.
Not that they'll give a flying fuck but it was theraputic for me giving them what for with the handy "contact us" link.
We could of sold those extra seats but for the inflexibilty of their ticketing system. Who do they think Orient and Charlton are? Millwall, West Ham, Leeds?

I'm more taking aim at the neutrals in the Orient end when that could have been more of our fans tbh.
The 4 thing was fine. It allowed families to sit near eachother and move tickets quickly.
Has anyone had loyalty points added to their account for the Wembley game? I had points added for both games against Wycombe, but don’t seem to have any for the final.

Nope. The points for both Wycombe games took longer than usual to appear. I can't recall what happens in this period though because our points reset themselves don't they? Currently we have points accrued from 2023/24 and 2024/25 but that'll amend to 2024/25 and 2025/26 when the season starts. Hard to then know whether you have had any Wembley points added.
Someone wiser than me will hopefully be along to put us straight.

Yeah youve only got to look at the match day vlogs on YouTube of the game, most of which were done by neutrals sitting in the Orient end. Day-trippers/neutrals probably accounted for a few thousand at least in the Orient end.
