Yes, some giants not making the top 8 has made the last 16 draw really interesting, and also really unfair  :)

PSG started the competition slowly, but are really motoring now and not a team you'd want to meet, especially as they'll be able to rest players domestically.
  • Draw and the paths to the final are now confirmed:

Blimey, what a draw that is.
Potentially an all-English quarter and semi-final.

My way too early to call predictions

    Liverpool Vs Villa
    Real Madrid vs Arsenal
    Inter Vs Bayern
    Dortmund Vs Barcelona

    Liverpool Vs Madrid
    Bayern Vs Barcelona

    Madrid Vs Bayern

    Bayern winners

If Madrid get to the final, surely they win it (as usual, they will find a way)
  • Madrid derby should be fun.
  • Final is in Munich so there's a lot of pressure on Bayern to get there.

Uneven draw, the bottom half looks a lot weaker

PSG is a tough game for Liverpool, they've really hit form now and can rest players domestically. They look much more of a team than the sides with the superstars up front. Indeed it wouldn't surprise me to see a PSG Real semi final.

Christ, the standard of football PSG are playing this first half is ridiculous.
I have got no idea how Liverpool aren't behind in this game.

Liverpool very fortunate not to be behind at half time.

A keeper in amazing form, whereas Donnarumma let in a soft one.

Watching the highlights, PSG are some team to overrun Liverpool like that.

At least it's not just the PL with terrible officials though because i've no idea how Konate escaped with a blatant shove on Barcola. Should've been a foul and probable red card but somehow wasn't given.

Every time I've seen Barcola or Kvaratskhelia I've been so impressed, two outstanding young players.

Tie definitely isn't over though. Last year PSG lost at home to Barcelona (2-3) and then went to the Nou Camp and won 4-1.

Was surprised no PL teams moved for Kvaratskhelia in January. 60m for him is great value.

PSG have clearly made a decision to move away from signing Galactico's and have built a very good young team. Ultimately though if they don't win at Anfield then for a side with their resources, going out in the round of 16 is a disaster for them.

But not going out against Liverpool. The quirk of the draw, and PSG's poor early season form, has meant two of the best teams left played very early, and one has to lose.

PSG are definitely building something. A really good, young team will only get better next season.

There were rumours United were interested, very sensible choice by him to go elsewhere if they were!!

I see in the Europa League Spurs game, Troy Parrott got the assist for Bergvall's goal, the only goal of the game.

Unfortunately, Parrott left Spurs to join Alkmaar in the summer, and it was an own goal form Bergvall  ;)

How was that bellend in the PSG end with the loudspeaker allowed to carry on screaming throughout the penalties?
