Yeah I went and found the tweet and looked at the link - That was a really strange way of wording it from them

Why not just go for... BLACKBURN SOLD OUT, 7,000 Owls heading to Ewood Park?

Flash in the pan, I meant consistenly
  • Blackburn must be really desperate for money as to me it seems crazy to give Sheff Weds that many tickets in what might be a must win game for them. 2 of Blackburn's 4 remaining games are away at Leeds and Leicester.

They are still top but only on GD and just one point ahead of Ipswich too. That's six defeats in their last ten Championship matches - the obvious issue is that they aren't converting their chances with three 1-0 away defeats in a row - 17 shots tonight but just four of those on target. It's still in their hands with three home games to come but given that two of those are against WBA and Southampton they are anything but certain to win those.

Leicester have lost 7 of their last 10 matches. Mad.

And consecutive losses to 2 relegation strugglers. A great result for Plymouth who have been sliding towards relegation. Sacking Foster has delivered the new manager bounce they were hoping for.

Just Goal Difference ahead of Ipswich and a point ahead of Leeds.  Both Leicester and Ipswich have tough run ins and have lost a bit of form.

Leeds to win the Championship and who knows for second!

Long shot but I wonder what odds Saints coming from no where.  Win their last 6, which includes Leeds and Leicester, and they would probably do it!

AC, just had a look at Betfair and have had £2 at 75 Saints to win the division and £2 at 11 on them being top 2.

What's that got to do with it?
As it stands Leicester don't have a game in hand.
But after Leeds & Ipswich play again yes Leicester will then have a game in hand.

Because if Leeds and Ipswich win today... Leicester will still have the opportunity to go back to the top of the League, with their game in hand.

Their match yesterday was still part of the same game week as the matches Ipswich and Leeds play today, so never have considered yesterday as taking their game in hand

I was in Italy when I posted and no access to any accounts because of that so didn't place anything. I see Leeds are losing!  Will be kicking myself a bit if Southampton win today as odds will tumble. Heyho.

  • Not sure anyone actually wants to get promoted at the moment. Blackburn beating Leeds, massive boost to Ipswich ahead of their game.

Plummeting Blackburn winning at Leeds is the sort of crazy result which makes the Championship so good

Yep, top three get automatics so Wrexham can’t be caught by MK in 4th or Barrow in 6th.

Realistically Mansfield only need a point from their last three games to join them.
