Weirdly most of Peterborough Cathedral is closed to regular visitors, as it's being used to host a Star Wars memorabilia exhibition!

Couple of pints in the queen's head then a bit of dinner in the self styled Tap and Tandoor gastro pub (much nicer than it sounds). Looking forward to combining breakfast with the England women's game in the morning.

Will probably be taking in the Queens Head and Charters, so hopefully get to see a few of you. Up the Addicks!

Me and my son have made a late decision to drive to this.
Just can't depend on public transport.

Cannot stand the place, got an old flame who lives there so it gives me a bit of PTSD

The Drapers seems to be the pub with the biggest Charlton crowd.

Two nights in Pboro and the best pub we've been to by far is The Octopus

Had a cracking time in both Charters and Queens Head.

I don't think so, Lincoln and Grimsby.  Peterborough, have no idea.

Must say, Peterborough definitely falls into the ‘decent away day’ category.

Not too far, accessible trains, nice historical market town with lots of decent pub options, no real edge to it, good away end now.

shame we don’t get anything to cheer about!
My next away is Stevenage, couldn't be any more a different fan experience!

Not been up there for ages but i can remember in the 90s getting to the ground and it kicking off on the way in to the ground and on the way back out to the station , glad to hear it’s calmed down

Not sure I'd describe the town as 'nice' but agree about it being one of the better away days!
