He passed the ball to the Ipswich supporters.
  • Wimbledon losing 2-1
  • Think I've seen more unforced errors from our lot today, than I've ever seen in a Charlton match previously. Balls out of play when under no pressure, misplaced passes, silly fouls. Comical!
  • OH WOW... Should be 3-0, Hirst has missed an open goal

An embarrassing gulf in class between the teams, both in and out of possession. Wobbly at the back and the lack of pace, athleticism and game management of Fraser and Morgan in midfield is being brutally exposed.
It’s not embarrassing it’s fact, Ipswich are on course for automatic promotion and we are an average mid table team.

I would imagine a vast majority in the ground we’re expecting a comfortable home win
  • We will not be challengers next season with this midfield.
  • Wtf is Hector doing there

Gives it away and Ipswich have a 3 on 1 which they somehow miss

Surely you have to try two up front in this situation? Bonne has done okay with the scraps he’s been given to work with.

  • Should be 3.

Hector loses it just outside our area, Chaplin breaks into the box, lays it back, but shot just wide.

Guess they just want it more.

  • 61' Huge chance for Town but Hirst, who was slightly off balance, drags an effort wide from the middle of the area. 2-0 | #itfc

    Or defense!
  • Who is in the prosthetic Hector costume? It certainly isn’t the player we have been watching over recent weeks..
  • Hector has been great so far. No so today.

Oh wow... that had to be a penalty

JRS breaks into the area, goes down from a challenge from behind

    Absolutely nothing given

If not that was proper Palace diving
  • Stonewall pen
  • Who was it that suggested Hector is a Championship level CB? Deary me.
  • On a day that we really look like boys against men,  Hector takes bad football to another level.
  • That's a pen, this ref is seriously losing it..

  • Apparently a stone wall penalty not given on JRS don't think so personally but not the best angle
  • Fucking hell. Do penalties get any more obvious than that?

So much for the ref being a Sheff W fan.
  • And then the referee calmly overlooks what looked like a stonewall penalty.

    The referee got changed.

  • 62'  The referee waves away big claims for a Charlton penalty. Rak-Sakyi gets in behind Davis who brings him down, but the official remains unmoved.

Definitely worth basing your opinion on one game where we as a whole team have been terrible.

Why don’t more people in football do this?
    1. Sam Morsy (Ipswich Town) wins a free kick in the defensive half.

    2. 63'

      Post update

Foul by Terell Thomas (Charlton Athletic).

  • 64'  Booking for Dobson. He shoves an Ipswich man after the whistle had blown.

This ref must be best mates with the Sheff Wed's supporting ref...he hasn't got a clue
  • Can we get the referee changed on Tuesday? Seems to be the way to go.
