However before he came on, they had barely half chances and looked rubbish, i hope he isn't going to be hung up to dry by the media as at least he got in the right areas and made Belgium look better, not that is very hard judging on this tournament.

I know its pretty much un-defendable, however i will try. You try playing footy when you haven't got the fitness, everything becomes 10x/20x as hard. Of course you expect a striker to finish, regardless but if they're lacking fitness, it can be a massive impact, heavy legs, lack of confience.

Hard to see Germany and Spain not winning tonight. Japan will be cursing not beating Costa Rica, that result threw Germany a lifeline, which I'm sure they'll take.
