    There's only one thing "clear and obvious" and that's VAR is not doing what it's claimed to be doing i.e. eliminating and correcting howlers from the refs/linos.

    Yep. I had just heard Ian Darke on commentary here say that the Saudi goal kills Mexico's chances so wanted to post here that that wasn't the case, just in case anyone else was confused.
