  • Palace’ll  go down and the scum will score a 94th and 97th minute winner in the play off final to replace them and we will be tugging off cos we’re signing a striker with a blinding YouTube video who got 6 goals for Crewe or some other shit .
You may be joking but I can see something like this happening over the next two or three years.

I do think that Palace are stagnating a bit. They are not pushing forwards and I think that they will have a season soon where they get into trouble. Even if you look at the table this season, the clubs down the bottom like Wolves, Leicester and Everton are only going to improve imo. It all depends then on who comes up.

Meanwhile Millwall are slowly but steadily getting better. I think that they will finish in the play-offs, and quite possibly finish 4th and in the final against Middlesbrough or Sheffield United. They are building as a club and have a very good manager.
If they lose in the play- offs this season, then they will only be stronger next season. I really do see them in The Premier League by 2025.

I'd be interested to hear what @BigBadWorld thinks
  • For all the plaudits Vieira got last season, his team were highly dependant on Conor Gallagher plus of course Zaha for their goals. This season they've not really replaced Gallagher's goals, hence they look a bit toothless up front, especially when Zaha isn't playing.

    How did Dalot miss that??
  • Okay... Rashford really didn't look onside for that second goal

United players trying to set Weighorst up is very, very funny.

  • How on earth was that not a Spurs penalty for a handball? Even worse than the Soucek decision last week.

Refs/VAR are taking the piss now.

Blimey, what on earth has happened to West Ham?

    They are awful.

They did look poor, thought they might seem a bit more interested with it being Spurs.

I think they'll stay up. Seems when a team looks doomed they pull out a couple of wins, still a chance of Palace being dragged into it as well

With that in mind, I'm looking forward to the resignation of Michael Oliver and whoever the VAR ref was from the PGMOL today... oh of course not.

I have to say, they've always shown up at WHL.  They always bust a gut, run their b*ll*cks off, kick us all over and always make it a hard game.  We all went into yesterday's game thinking oh here comes Dr Tottenham again, especially the way we've been playing.  They'll be straight into us, dominate midfield with a 3 v 2 but god how wrong we were.  Never seen a West Ham side with a lack of fight like that.  For Skipp and PEH to dominate their midfield 3, where they always seems to get one over us, was a real surprise.  Wont ever have an easier game against West Ham than that.

  • I'm sorry but I don't find that funny at all. It seems disrespectful to me. Can you imagine your family burying you in a Palace or Millwall shirt?

Palace just five points above the drop at least - Need Everton etc to start winning though

I'll tune in to see Liverpool's six goals this evening

Edit: I realise I've just made myself sound 90 by using the expression 'tune in'. Nobody says that any more, do they?
  • When you push the numbers for the channel you are still tuning in even though now it's automatic.

Keep up the old language, it's reassuring.

I'll be pressing the 1 button to watch Match of the Day later  :)

  • Moyes "saves" his job with a 4-0 win.

So many 6 pointers at the bottom. Next Saturday Soton play Leicester and Forest play Everton. Villa vs Palace could be a pressure game for Vieira too, depending on how well Palace do tonight

And we need Liverpool to beat them tonight...

Oh what a mess!!! - Why the hell has the referee given the red card BEFORE looking at the monitor

Surprised it got removed though, Ziyech makes contact touching him on the shoulder, but he's still going for the face!!

It was hardly dangerous or violent though was it?  They probably got the right result, eventually.

I always thought a hand to the face was the easiest decision a referee could make with a red card?

Ben Chilwell’s defending for the 2nd spurs goal was a disgrace. Also, Jorginho went to Arsenal for £20m and his replacement (who is no better) cost £105m. Chelsea are everything that is wrong in football.
