  • From the rear Brad Pitt , from the front Shit Pitt

    Just read it. Fascinating.
I remember the player vaguely but never realised he was Asian.
  • As a kid it was always Rod Stewart, later on someone said PC Carver(?) from The Bill, cant see it myself, others said Alan Titchmarsh, cant see that either.

Back when I was a young teen got told I looked like Elijah Wood.

Then when I had a chubby stage, was told I looked like David Mitchell.

With stubble and longer hair a good friend I was told I looked like a crap Keanu Reeves impersonator

Now I get refereed to as a bootleg jihadi... No idea why...

(I may have some idea why!)

Can see the Keanu likeness mate

  • That's Josh Davison isn't it?

  • Apparently I look like Lofty from Eastenders. So much so that a mate at work changed my staff photo on a who`s who notice board and no one noticed for several months, not even the students. That`s about 900 people. :open_mouth:

I also look a bit like Rob Lee, and when he was on Valley Pass last week my wife said that I do a bit.

But the worse one has to be Alan Pardew, I find that insulting, and I am a far better dancer than that idiot!

  • Was seeing a patient last week.
Patient: "You remind me of somebody.......erm....er.....that's it Rod Stewart."
Me: "Ahh great a bit old, but a rock star, do you like him?"
    Patient: "No!"

I'd say more like Jimmy Carter.
**edit, scrolled thread and posted this January last year!

For years I was likened to Michael Barrymore which was fine. Until that poxy swimming pool.

You don't/ didn't wear a leather jacket to games do/ did you?  Went Colchester pre season away about 18 or so years ago with a West Ham mate and he pointed out a michael barrymore lookalike.

I was lighting a cig at the time laughed and accidentally dropped the swan vesta in the box and set it alight in what must have looked like an appalling attempt at football pyrotechnics.

EDIT...ignore this Alan D....just scrolled through and seen we had exactly the same conversation even down to the matches...ffs...losing my marbles! ;-)

Ian Hislop, David Cassidy, Paul McCartney,
  • Nigel Clough and Ayrton Senna

And yes - in my younger days - I did look like both

I’ll take that - Clough a very good player, and Senna, well, the best F1 driver ever

Sadly, I am nowhere near either in terms of talent 😢

If you say so - I wouldn’t know!
  • Some people say I look a bit like Stevie Wonder. Can't see it myself.
  • Urghhh another embarrassing thread of mine being bought back to life.

Back when I had no friends and no one knew me this kind of a thing wasn't an issue, now a couple of people on here see me regularly at games and other stuff things like my opening post on here 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
  • I know the resemblance is uncanny.
  • I have been told I look like various famous people of the years. In order:

    Phil Lynott
    Gerrie Coetzee
    Ron Jeremy
    Paul Hollywood

Not so sure about Ron Jeremy tbh. I was walking up to join friends in the temporary West stand for a reserve match, when I got to them, they were all pissing themselves as they had seen a resemblance and I don't believe they thought I had trouble with tight fitting trousers.
