Thought I read Bowyer is staying at Brum?
Either way, the jury is definitely out on him as a manager. He hasn’t managed long enough for one thing. Yes 18/19 was decent, but with that squad you could argue that we should have done better than we did.
Akso think there’s no way he’ll be coming back the The Valley. He doesn’t really tick any of Sandgaard’s boxes for a start.
    He definitely should have

Didn't Donald Muir's name come up in relation to a bid for us with Alex McLeish involved too?
    Isn't that the Aussie mob??

You just know they will take over Brum and be the best owners in the football league.

Donald Muir has no connection to Andrew Muir.

And with no squad and multiple injuries, he nearly stayed in the championship with us and would have comfortably had ESI not ruined us in January.  Also, I would say that the first 11 in 2018/19 was outstanding (particularly until Grant left).  There wasn't much depth.
  • I personally wouldn't be spending my money to watch another run of Bowyer's tosh. Not only was his brand of football painful to watch, but I think he's a horrible little man with a shit attitude.
Best you pop round his house and get it sorted tango. 😌

I wonder if in 10 years time we will be resurrecting this thread and discussing the merits of Bowyer coming back?

Our only options if going by this forum is people that have either played for us in the past or people that have managed us in the past

Well Curbs has been gone 17 years and hasn't had a proper managers job for 14 so 10 is probably being optimistic.
