    Didn't happen. Apparently RD cancelled at short notice and Elliott got a call from Meire saying it was because RD didn't think it was worthwhile. Whether that's true or not, he didn't get a meeting.

    RD did meet Lennie Lawrence, however it appears he didn't like LL's conditions for taking the job.

    Seems to me he is vacillating on a sale. Why arrange a meeting in the first place if there was no intention of selling?

    Is it evidence of conflict between his arrogant ego refusing to admit defeat and his miserly instincts which are desperate to cut the inevitable financial losses?
