i still think they'll wait until the end of the season then announce we are merging with Millwall, moving to a new 50,000 seater stadium somewhere near the 'dome' - sell the land the Valley and Den stand on, make shit loads of money, snatch Ibrahimovic from under the noses of Man Utd and be playing champions league football in 3 years - all under the new ownership of Karen Brady, Deborah Meaden, Michelle Mone & Janet Street Porter (?)......we'll be renamed Millwall Athletic and play in pink with a picture of the Cutty Sark on our new badge in our new stadium, HomebaseArgosSainsbury Stadium.

You heard it here first.....
she'd be moaning if I got my hands on her, if only
For the record, it might be worth noting the state of play on the day this thread started.
1. Roland Duchatelet still owns the club, ground, training ground and academy; and employs Katrien Meire as Chief Executive and Jose Riga as First Team Coach.
2. There is no Director of Football or Chief Scout.
3. There is no construction work taking place at either the Valley or Sparrows Lane.
4. RD has put an asking price of £38m on the club.
5. Former Director Peter Varney heads up a consortium looking to make an investment in Charlton, but RD and KM have refused to meet him.
6. Former Charlton and England player Paul Elliott CBE heads up a consortium looking to take the club over. It is rumoured that RD will meet - but has not yet met - representatives of this consortium.
7. Former Charlton player Graham Tutt has been linked to a group claiming to be "leading a three horse race" to purchase the club.
8. CARD - the Coalition Against Roland Duchatelet - has organised protests including interrupting games with beach balls, stress balls and whistles; staging a mock funeral; demonstrating at the Valley and Sparrows Lane with mobile advertising; promoting a boycott of commercial activity at home matches and the delay of season ticket renewals; and drawing attention to Katrien Meire's ill-timed Dubai holiday.
9. Other, non-CARD organised protests have taken place, including a "greeting" for Duchatelet at The Valley, by "The Valley Eight"; a small pitch invasion; and one protest trip to Belgium.
10. No players have been announced as having left the club in the days since relegation; however Igor Vetokele is believed to have a relegation free-transfer clause in his contract.
It will be interesting to see how soon over the coming weeks each of these ten items develops. And how many unknown-unknowns will be revealed.
I've heard Bootsy Collins, Maceo Parker and Fred Wesley are fronting another consortium. They have no experience in managing a football club, but can you imagine them playing the Great Escape theme in the Covered End?

@Callumcafc I'll go for page 54
