Based on Murray's recent interview, I was under the impression that we would be signing some experienced Championship players. However, having read it again, it looks like transfer business has already been completed.
“The obvious strand missing has been the number of experienced Championship players. The first time we have been able to address this is the January transfer window. Of the two transfer windows it’s the trickier one because everyone is looking for players who can make a difference.
“But we have acted quickly and got in players like Roger Johnson, Diego Poyet and Rhys Williams, all of whom have a lot of Championship experience.
“I’m pleased something has been done because when we were in this situation in 2009 we didn’t have any money to add two or three new players.”

Cracking goal there from Raman, has a 1 in 4.5 goals to games ratio according to Wiki, fails the height test at 5' 8'' but if he scores a few like that for us he'll do for me. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benito_Raman

Nice comment on the radio, not about us but very applicable.
"How come clubs change managers all the time when they get things wrong but those within the clubs who are responsible for a stream of bad signings just keep on making the same mistakes without ever seemingly any comeback."
Either TwoShatts is so stupid that he thinks Riga will save us with the current squad, Or perhaps he secretly wants us to go down as it's part of his bigger plan.
found this languishing near the bottom of page two. Far from a damp squib it's becoming more a completely drenched squib. What happened to Riga hoping to have more in by the weekend?
Anywho, Brizzle City have had an offer rejected for a Colchester central midfielder, Alex Gilby. At least they are trying.

They've had more rejections than Iain Dowie on the pull on a Friday night

So much for experience if that's the benchmark!

Hope he's not another wet noodle.
