Though we started optimistically, Brentford's two Alans—"Oxo Tower" McCormack and "Judge, Jury and Executioner"—ran the show for most of the 90 minutes.
We're a rudderless ship. The ever-deft Ms. Miere has painted herself into a corner once again. Will she ever learn? It was spelled out in black and white right in front of us this afternoon. What is she to do with Guy now?
What's that... oh, you're right. Silly me... over to you Roland!
(PS Do your selves a favour and go outside and spend some quality time in the fresh air!)

It was clear to see we was outnumbered in midfield but Luzon refused to budge from 442 and did nothing to change the game.
Luzon out
Midfield central two up against three and they played around us. We are so easy to play against.
I feel more frustrated than I did on Tuesday as this is pretty much our first 11.
Let's accept we are deeply in trouble. Minds and bodies are shot already.
Is pointless blaming the players as I believe they give their all.
But. Morgan Fox is an absolute excuse of a footballer.
Teams know how to play against us, we made Brentford look like Bacelona for a lot of that game.
I'm not sure what we were playing for today.
Sarr and Bauer strangely were our best players yet we lost 3-0.
I thought we looked OK until the goal and then positioning went out the window.
Jackson tried to be everywhere which left gaps.
Makienok's not fit enough to do the chasing down that maybe KAG would have done well at.
The only good thing that can be said is the first two were great finishes and the last a lucky deflection I think?
One thing that was obvious Luzon can't lift the team and no matter who we replace him with they'll have the same issue.
Also why was SM booed off? That was pathetic.
JBG looks so uninterested at the moment and we have no creativey in minefield.
Once we go behind we lose all confidence. Should have scored in first 10 minutes when had 3 chances.
Just hope RD has learnt his lesson and gets an English nanager who knows the championship but doing he will. Can but hope!!!!
Worrying times
The first thing to cure is the lack of harmony which seems to rife amongst players, supporters and other staff. I posted about a year ago that the departure of Morrison and Kermorgant symbolised more than the departure of two decent Championship players. It symbolised to me the exit of players who were prepared to fight for the club.
I suspect there are troublemakers in this current squad - I may be wrong - but they need to go now if I am right. With a thin squad, that is difficult and whilst I am not in the 'spend spend spend, Roland' camp, it is ultimately his bad investments that need ejecting and replacing with those who can perform at this level most games even when things aren't going well.
I feel as angry as I have ever felt about the club I have supported for over 50 years. RD got shot of players who gave their best and has replaced with fly by nights in the main. Will he sort it out or will the laudable Black and White succeed? I don't know, but effingwell hope so.
Any team can see if they play between our 2 rigid lines of 4 they have alk the time in world to play round us
If you mean running around and putting challenges in, then unfortunately there are instructed to play in a ridged 4-4-2 where we remain narrow and try and get two banks of four behind the ball. We play with no fluidity, it's embarrassing football from a year gone bye. Even Hodgson chucked this style of football.
