That was dreadful, Makienok arguing with Watt - Luzon bellowing at Watt & Watt just shrugged his shoulders & turned his back. We are making Brentford look like world beaters, they have us chasing shadows.
We are so poor in attack. The length of the build up play, the lack of movement, combined with our lack of closing down in defence is key to our downfall at the moment. In essence, we attack poorly in comparison to the teams we play, and we defend poorly in comparison.
Worst 2 players for us so far? Fox and Solly, getting railed repeatedly from behind by their wingers. Played our best football in about 6 weeks, but still losing, Jackson and Moussa in a different world to Bergdich and Ba, just by actually playing football and passing to each other.
Brentford are winning this game in the midfield. Cousins and Jackson are no match for Judge and McCormack.
Got a feeling we've got to go 4-5-1 with Watt wide left and Moussa in the hole. That might take the pressure off Jackson and Cousins to feel as though they need to be the creators of the side and focus on crowding out Judge and/or McCormack.
Could give Moussa more of a chance to get on the ball and Watt has looked somewhat useful on the left, the few times he's been out there.
