Bill Burrs Monday morning and Thursday afternoon podcasts.
Another vote for bill burrs Monday morning *deep breathe* PAAWWWWWWWDCAST JUSTCHECKININONYA
Sometimes his podcasts can get a bit crappy when he’s talking about American football but his segment which is essentially an agony aunt part is great and he starts calling everyone cunts in the written in problem is brilliant.
Also the ad parts of his podcasts tend to be the best bit when he rips the rubbish copy to shreds. Generally a great comedian just chatting shit which is great.
Radio sitcom about a small charter airline, Benedict Cumberbatch, Stephanie Cole, Roger Allam & John Finnemore (who wrote it) very funny and well written, Allam is superb as the older cynical co pilot
If it hasnt been recommended already. The magic sponge with jimmy bullard and rob beckett. Absolutely brilliant laugh out loud stuff. Personal favourite was barry fry. What a legend
If it hasn't been mentioned already - any of the Hardcore History podcasts by Dan Carlin. Anyone who is into WW1 will appreciate Carlins 'Blueprint for Armageddon' which is six 3-4 hour episodes. Very in depth but the storytelling is so well done that it rarely drags. I've listened to it twice through now.
I didn't realise anyone actually listened to TED talks ;-)
Bits of Technology, education & design. What’s not to like ?! The podcast is snippets of a whole talk, not the whole thing.
The one today was on money & included why Chinese & Finns were better at saving due to language structure & research on how richer a person becomes the more miserly, entitled & selfish they can be. Set Duchatelet in perfect context.

Right up my alley, going to give them a go, cheers
Monkey Tennis - the Alan Partridge podcast where they dissect every episode of Partridge's career from the very beginnings on radio to his latest books & movies - obsessive detail but also very funny

Yes, seriously. Very funny - doesn't take long to get into. Will have you laughing out loud in public and carelessly at that. Give it a go.

I know this is taboo as trains are number one on this site but let me buck the trend.
