Yeah it's him. Was hoping for De Camargo but found out he only missed the game yesterday due to a bad back. Quite a young forward line with Tucudean, Vetokele and Gudmundsson.
People were getting excited over COG who had a similar goals to games ratio over his career and certainly had never played in the Europa League. And this guy is the same height as him. Good age, what's not to like? I don't hold not having heard of foreign signings against them. I am sure a standard liege fan wouldn't be wetting themselves over Chris O Grady either.

I think we're going to have to get used to a fairly young squad under Duchatelet. Nothing wrong with that mind.
Tucudean is number 9 and scores a couple in the second half.
Other highlights include an Ajdarevic goal (set up by Tucudean) and Thuram giving a goalkeeping masterclass on how to deal with a free kick launched into your penalty box.
How do you pronounce Tucudean? Is it tuck-u-dee-an? If so, quadrisyllabic names make him a rarity. I bet it's something unlikely such as Toos-an. Any O level Romanian scholars in the house.

Not just me that thought he looked a bit like Yann then (but quicker, couldn't imagine Yann scoring some of those goals). Hopefully, assuming it'll be confirmed, he's physical like Yann. As much Ezekiel, Vaz Te, Bahebeck etc could be exciting signings, we have have plenty of pacey striker/winger types we need at least one targetman in the squad.
Another player who will make us better on Football Manager.
Obviously not seen him play but he fits the profile of the target man we need and if he can get 10 goals himself and Reza/Vetoleke get a few more would be a good signing.
So many players with no English league experience though.... exciting but risky. Can't help remembering last season where it was pretty much the domestic players that got us out of trouble.
EDIT: Sorry. I see now that No.1 in South London has already posted this.
This is what Ketts is saying onthe Dr Kish site:
Standard Liege's Romanian striker, George Tucudean, travelled to England on Saturday evening to complete his switch to Charlton.
23-year-old Tucadean will fly out to Spain with his new teammates for their training camp in Spain on Sunday.
He started his career with his hometown team, UTA Arad, where he netted 13 goals in 41 appearances before being transferred to Dinamo Bucharest. Tucudean scored 10 goals in 51 games during his stay in the capital, plus 9 goals in 12 games when loaned back to Arad , which attracted the attention of Standard Liege.
He signed for the Belgian outfit at the end of the transfer window in January of last year but failed to score in 11 appearances for his new side. Tucudean spent the 2013/14 on loan with former club Dinamo Bucharest and he made 22 appearances, scoring 7 goals.
He has represented his country at all levels up to Under-21.
At 6'1", Tucudean will be an aerial threat and could be suited to the more physical nature of the Championship.

The magnificent 7, lets hope so.
Has that Yann type look about him... i.e. If you mess with me I will kill you
