Results aside, personally I'm enjoying the football under Riga more than SCP. Last night, admittedly Barnsley were pony, we looked like we had a gameplan and until we got to the box everything was looking good. I think the bloke is clueless. Get rid and promote Dyer, after all, it appears he picked the teams that picked up the early points.

The only person who is clueless is you mate. So what evidence have you got that Dyer picked the team for the early points? Who picked the team when we beat Yeovil, Forest and Leeds? Honestly some of the stuff posted on here and other forums beggars

But you haven't answered my question, you said it appears he picked the teams that picked up the early points? You also haven't answered the other question who picked the team when we won against Forest, Leeds and Yeovil.

Perhaps Morrison was fatigued or he was ill/injured,the Manager is in the best place to decide.
Perhaps Wilson was fatigued or was ill/ injured, the Manager is in the best position to decide.
But he did switch Harriott to the left wing before taking him off. Lots of Managers play a left footed winger on the right side, al la Andros Townsend.
I have no idea why he didn't play our best side, perhaps he doesn't know our best side.
I think we are playing with passion( a much overused word), we are not playing with much skill or ability.
As far as I know Green and Church did not play and Harriott was taken off.

Now perhaps you will answer my question.

I know that a lot of you were pleased when CP was sacked. I now think you are trying to find reasons to back the new guy. He seems a nice bloke, may even be a good coach.

I just do not think he understands what is required to keep a team in this league, or if he does, knows how to achieve that.

I think RD was wrong to sack CP and do not want anyone telling me to move on thanks. Hopefully we will not go down. If we do, I hope RD has enough balls to admit his mistake and re sign the best man to get us up again.

The other 'answers' are offensive and patronising and I will not be continuing this discussion.

His comments on BBC Radio London make me wonder even more ... asked about whether we would stay up, he said: "Maybe it is strange but after this game I believe more than ever." So if we get thumped by Bolton he may really become convinced we are safe.
