Note* All the Tram stops in Sheffield centre are West St, City Hall, Castle SQ/Fitzalan SQ, Ponds Forge.
Also bear in mind the Tram stop from the station only goes as far as Hillsborough (corner)(blue line) however, the yellow line goes straight to the ground.
The nearest Yellow line stop to the Sheffield station is Ponds Forge.
Looking forward to this more and more. Pleasantly surprised at the attention this has drawn given everything happening at Charlton. Not expecting much from the 90 minutes but am looking forward to the day in general. COYR's surprise me !!
SO BUZZING for this Saturday, I mean why not? Yes, we may be a few points from safety, but there is still a fair few games to go. Let us forget about that on account of the occasion, a place in the quarter final of such a prestigous cup is up for grabs, at a fantastic ground and against a side we could very well beat! Come on you rip roaring scoring addicks lets reward the supporters with a win and a quarter final away at Man City and then turn them over!
This is the FA CUP and anything can happen!
In all honsety I do believe if the boys turn up we can come out with a victory here. A quarter final tie may be exactly what our lads need to get them going and to get some league wins on the board as well. It could well be the perfect confidence boost for the team, the fans and for SCP. I was at Wigan last week and the support was pheonomenal from about 800, so double that and maybe the boys might get 2 goals instead of just one.
Where will most addicks be drinking before the game?
Also what route would you recommened taking to get to the ground from the coach station? @operationpig

Yeah. Get drunk, have a laugh, sing loud and any result's a bonus. That's what away games are about.
Just off to get my ticket. Will be driving from a village north of Lincoln to Sheffield Saturday morning, then driving back to London after the game. Will have car spaces after the game. OP. I want to get there early enough to park up somewhere with a decent getaway chance after the game, and then go into Sheffield for somewhere reasonable for a (veggie.....yes I know) lunch. Any suggestions where to park, how to get to the town centre and back (guessing Tram), and a reasonable place for lunch with a veggie choice? Cheers.

Just got the last Valley Express space. Fantastic service from the ticket office, so helpful, even sorted out seating so I was on same coach as my mate.
When they came second to us in league one the whole city came to a hault as their blue bus paraded through the city centre. Even Redfern Froggatt was wheeled out for the day. Poor sod. CAFC CAFC

Not a surprise. Ticket office always superb. They did the same for Wigan game, one mate was coming from Bromley and they made sure he was on same. Coach as me from charlton.
We won the League cup when it actually meant summat, and were the last non top flight club to win one of the two major finals in this country, sadly the birth of the Premiership has seen the League Cup become a parody and the FA Cup is heading the same way IMHO.
Neither of our two clubs have had much to shout about in the recent past and a cup quarter final would rank as being "success".
I do wish all of you who are travelling a safe journey mind.
