    Dartford 2-0 up over Welling

    Feels odd not to be playing this over Christmas, but with Ebbsfleet also in NLS, Welling are instead playing the not very local Tonbridge over the holiday period!

    Fine 5-1 win for the Darts. Had this been played on the original date with Welling flying and Darts stuttering, who knows how this would have gone, but a well deserved win for Dartford.

    Can see Feeney being shown the door soon.
    He has insisted on playing 5 at the back for 6 weeks now (after going from 4)
    With 4 at the back the players knew what to do and when.
    Barring  Ebbsfleet, we have never looked like scoring with this set up.
    Dartford pitch in excellent condition.

    Just got back from the Welling Dartford game, shocking performance. Resorted to long balls practically from the kick off, which the Dartford defence were happy to mop up all day long. No midfield so no way to get a passing game going between defence and attack. Fair play to Dartford though, simply light years ahead of the Wings right now.

    Awful recent record against Dartford, lost 6 of the last 7 meetings and that includes a 4 nil, a 6 nil and now a 5-1.

    We (dartford) looked like getting 10 last night.  Played well but I’ve seen us play a lot better this season. Welling we’re fucking awful. Their number 3 was one of the worst players I’ve seen this year. Top of the league (for now)
