So pleased for the loyal 500 / 600 who travelled up there for what looked like a nothing fixture. You got your reward. Can't wait to hear what they have to say.
Just got back, that was truly great. Took my 7 year old for his longest away game, up at 5.30, he loved ever minute, decent pub we found (Dove Inn) near the ground.
The performance was as the results suggests, total domination, the boys were brilliant, and even without the red cards would have won that game easily. Keeps this group together and next season could be great.
What stood out for me today was it was great reward for the die hards who go week in week out. I hate the way this site through Len Glover will slag these people off, they are the heartbeat of the club never give a minutes trouble but due to the actions of a handful of idiots at Millwall & Palace they get tarred with a brush they so do not deserve. Keep on giving that support people.
Top day! Harriott was superb again. Hughes looked untroubled and Jackson lead by example! Possibly Fuller could have looked up a bit more when he had the ball in and around their box, on one occasion Obika wound have had a tap in! Otherwise they all out in a shift today. To top it off listening to our dearest friends down the road have their dreams shattered.....!

If innocent people are physically attacked and / or their safety compromised through seats or various incendiary devices being thrown in the crowd then I will comment.
My daughter might be their next victim.
You are entitled to embrace that behaviour if you so choose just as I am to condemn it. We do still (just about) have an element of free speech in this country so if you don't like my opinions tough frankly!
I am delighted my team won well today but I don't have to terrorise other people to celebrate that fact.
Doubtless there is something wrong with me because of that according to many on here.
It's a difference of opinion that's all I think you over exaggerate the extent of what you are saying and make out there is a problem that don't exist however your right you have the right to say it
I think for the record your getting a hard time for something that you shouldn't be right now
It has to be line in sand time and it only happens against 2 clubs so lets forget it

You tell me where I have embraced that behaviour? I have been a supporter of this club all my life, never been in trouble with the police and I am totally against any crimes.
What I will not stand by is the good people who like me never cause a moments trouble and are tarred with brush by you when about 20 people at a game of 3,500 Charlton supporters (e.g Millwall) All I would like is a bit of perspective, but since you have decided that I must love this thugerry when I have never said anything of the such, been up since 5.30 supporting our club and you can clear off
As mentioned before I thought Charlton fans were magnificent! The team spirit was there for all to see when the Addicks fans started singing "Stand up for Sir Chrissy Powell" after we were 4/5 up and then, led by Alex Dyer, the Charlton bench stand up aswell ... Fantastic!

One of my favourite moments supporting the club.
That was incredible. What a brilliantly random day. Never saw this coming.
Over from California and I can't believe I saw that game. Absolutely fantastic. Everything went right for us and Barnsley had nothing to offer. Hamar wasn't tested all game. I'm so proud that I saw that result. Six goals for and none conceded. Unbelievable. Now onto Cardiff. :-)
Some ten hours after the final whistle, but I'm still beaming.
Proud of everything about the club. Proud of the way the boys always come over at the end of the game and clap the fans.
Proud of the way they congratulate each other and seem so happy at the end (particularly today).
Proud of Chris Powell.
Proud of our fans.
Proud of Charlton.
Today (well yesterday) was special. I don't think we've ever had so many players I as a fan have "loved" in my 20 years supporting us. Yann, Solly, Jacko, Hughesy, Pritch, literally all of 'em really.
This team was never going down, and what we've done over the last 20 months has been amazing.
Something positive happened at half-time v Bolton. Fuller came out for the 2nd half of that game without his poxy gloves on and put in a proper shift. From that moment (which suggests a proper old fashioned bollocking) the whole team has shaped up. Well done the management I say.
I for one ain't jealous of those that went to the game I fully respect them, Barnsley were on a great run and most people hope for a point maybe a stolen three but no one expected that, yet they still went, no one would of been jealous if we lost then they had the long journey home, so well done on going and I am glad you were there and I was able to follow it on line thanks to Redmidland and co.
There is nothing quite like watching the ball sail over for the far post power header. K's bellow and obvious delight in the execution stand out moment.
Was on the line at Maidstone v Faversham. The missus text me that it was 6-0 with two men sent off but failed to tell me who was winning!!! I could not get any signal (the Gallagher stadium has no signal!!) and I feared the worst when I got into the MUFC boardroom and they had Skysport news on. Queue fist pumping from me at the score! 6-0 win! GET IN!!!
