  • We could, but it looks like a tea towel.

I think I'm more than happy with what we have.

Bliming, KHA ....that Man U shirt looks like something from the Scottish Prem.
Or some sort of Tartan Army.

On 2nd thoughts, I'll also stick with our all red Fred Perry shirt.

  • Arsenal's new (and by the looks of it, personalised) kit is released on 7th June. I do hope ours is out soon after.

That is shocking! Can't believe that got signed off. Has that cheap Burberry 'chav' style about it

I read somewhere that it's tartan in honour of Alex Ferguson. the away id a similar blue check too. I don't like it, but I suspect it will sell in it's thousands.

One thing that does puzzle me though is that I thought all the Premier League teams signed up to having a shirt for two seasons, yet their current kit has only be out for a season, and it doesn't look like the sponsors are changing. I would have thought is was a fake, but the photo above (with Barcelona and Arsenal) gives it the credibility that makes me think they are having another kit this season.

I, personally, wouldn't mind having a new kit every season, but I understand why many disagree with it.

Those shirts may be a but dodgy, but I'd rather have a round neck design than the polo shirt style collar...

Bit of an issue for shirt sponsorship if the Away one is black - more difficult to get signed!! Need to remember this when we come to choose our CL sponsored players - would be better to get Home kits.

The design of the new Liverpool kit is the spit of the one in reception.

What confuses me is that the club say that we were limited from choosing from the complete Nike range due to the deal being done at the last minute, yet (as mentioned on another thread) the players knew months ago that we were getting a Nike kit..................................

So who's to say the deal didn't have to be agreed months ago? Or the players were aware we were in talks with Nike?

I have wondered that as well, seems it was all done and dusted a while ago hence a lot of people knowing about it.

A conspiracy theory I have is that there are three sets of people in regard to the new shirt, those who are drawn in by the brand and will love it because its Nike, those who like the design regardless, those two sets are happy enough with everything but there are those who don't like the kit and/or the fact it is just a catalogue product and the same as other teams, for those set of fans a statement was made saying about how it was done at the last minute, out of our hands etc. that way it means everyone is happy.

I fall under the category of I don't give a fig who it's made by, as long as it's of a decent quality and looks good. For me the Macron kit ticked both of those boxes. Both my red and blue shirts are as good as new and the best looking kit we've have for many a year in my humble opinion..........................

That Liverpool kit looks fantastic if you ask me - a cut above our one.
