My guess is its something between £200k-£400k. But the monetary aspect is irrelevent to my emotions at the moment.
The real worry more than anything though is the readiness from one of our few surviving senior players to join another League One club perceived to be in the same bracket as us.
Its a clear indication of the general feeling that one club is on the up, another is going in the wrong direction. You really have to wonder what the mood is like with the remaining players at the club when there is so much negativity surrounding it. I reckon very few of them in their hearts really want to be here, and getting out of League One is as much about spirit and togetherness than it is about ability.
This is clearly necessary, but it is starting to become extremely painful to take.

If as he said though, it was an "offer was made that we couldnt refuse" how much did Frazer have a say in it?
My initial impression is that he would've stayed if nobody came in or a derisory offer was tabled.
Says more about our finances than the players IMO.
BOLLOCKS. That is gutting news. And 'substantial' insert probaly 50k as we can't even refuse that sort of offer these days. Hope it was more but why would it be ? We hear rumours of Racon maybe going so to save his wages without a fee so even 50k to us is substantial. Hopes raised after signing The Doc now doubly dashed. Not on the OS so maybe not true but Frazer in a Saints shirt so maybe it is. Who to believe.

Nail on head, although I think the fee is over what you suggest.
well I take that back. 450k FOR A PLAYER SIGNED FOR NOTHING OUT OF CONTRACT IN A YEAR IS GOOD BUSINESS IMO. If Parky gets a bit to sign Reid, Jackson etc the fair dues. If he doesn't then grrrrr (apologies for some caps)
I just hope and pray we have sufficient replacements on the table as suggested by Parky and I hope they got enough trialists in to make up 11 against AFC Wimbledon on Saturday.
Jose Semedo is the only key player left now, if he goes then what do we have left? He needs to stay but I imagine his agent is working overtime to get him out of this mess.
As said previously if we take Bailey and Richardson as our two big departures, plus saving a lot of wages with Burton and Sam amongst others leaving, and get to bring in decent replacements on frees, especially if we spend a bit of money of Reid and Jackson I'll be very pleased.
I doubt Parky would have let him go without having a replacement lined up.

Bad move, Parky...
Can't believe we'll go into the season with Solly alone...am waiting for a Liverpool loanee right back.
Only positive I can take from this is we have Solly who although young hasn't looked out of place anytime I've seen him.
Shame Omouzsusi signed for Orient now

They are a team with true title aspirations so they aren't our rivals this season. This sale is akin to James Milner being sold to Man City.
He got a fair few injuries
He tended to run down blind alleys too often
Yes he was a decent player and yes this is a bolt from the blue BUT we need the money and might gave something lined up
It's a shame he signed for that prick, but good luck Frazer.
As much as I like Richardson and he is a very good player for this league, right backs rarely win you games.
I just hope beyond hope this means we can keep Semedo now and add a few players without going into the Bailey fee.
Cheers Frazer it was enjoyable while it lasted.
Whose next then? Racon, Semedo.?
