Going into the bank, swerving the 5 people queueing at the ATM, and then being asked by the smart-arse clerk at the counter "Didn't you want to use the ATM?". NO. Sorry for the inconvenience of wanting to withdraw my dough at the counter to avoid the queue, but it's called customer service. Banks don't want to employ counter staff and don't want the inconvenience of dealing with people directly anymore.
