exactly and I’m sure he would have tweeted that it was done by now, I still think we’ll get him just can’t see how he was at a game with Charlton fans and no one has seen him.

It’s possible but I’d ask why. Every Reading fan knows he’s leaving, if not to us to someone. He’s not staying at Reading. They must know that by now. Hardly be distraught when they already know.

It’s possible but I’d ask why. Every Reading fan knows he’s leaving, if not to us to someone. He’s not staying at Reading. They must know that by now. Hardly be distraught when they already know.

I’m speculating but I think you can imagine that the comms guys were happy to release basic business as usual stuff yesterday but rightly didn’t want to do a full new multimillion signing, inbetweeners or whatever joke clip, ‘how thrilled we are…’ type thing. So they’ve likely held it back a bit longer as there is no rush.

I think the concern and ‘we’re obvs not getting him’ stuff on here when we clearly are getting him is a kind of defence mechanism after years of shite.

Its a sweet dream but Dowman has been heralded for years by those with contacts in football, he is a potential generational talent. No way does he get risked for a loan spell in EFL.
