Bear in mind those asking for map screenshots. It shows how many are in that block not necessarily if they’re together or not.
This, its a completely useless function unless you want to know if a block has 4 individual tickets randomly dispersed!
Basically like playing strike it lucky, top middle or bottom.

Ok, getting nervous now it’s not gonna reach Wednesday general sale.

If anyone has spare capacity for 1a/1c would be appreciated.
I really don’t think this will be a problem and I’m confident we’ll get more tickets if we want them.

Purely out of curiosity and not knocking the logical (to me) priority ranking it would be interesting to learn how many ‘new’ season tickets and VG memberships have been signed up to since confirming the play offs.

It’s all good for next season after all.

Sorry if this has already been asked but if I link someone to my account can I get 8 tickets instead of 4?

I’m assuming not many in absolute terms meet the criteria for the next 2 slots who won’t already have bought.

Finally able to log on but it seems there’s hardly anything left! Trying to buy 3 tickets together is impossible unless you’re up in the heavens.

Has the middle tier completely sold out, or is it not on sale yet?

Mixture of both, looks like not every block went on sale as Wembley will try to sell for hospitality but the rest of the tier completely sold out

Seems to have been a bit of a car crash…went online yesterday at 5pm, two season tickets, 620 loyalty points, were those in the top tier which I wasn’t expecting the number sold by 5pm, which was my fault. The club art not going to make everyone happy and was always going to be open to criticism regardless.
It is a given that there will be day trippers of those who have got tickets, ie neighbours, work colleagues, friends and family whom don’t support the club.
Dare I say it that fans may not be totally computer literate, or have access to the internet yesterday, find themselves with a task of taking seats in the top tier or sadly miss out.
The Orient ticket office was open, to sell their allocation, but we elected to sell online only. It maybe would have been ideally to have two per season ticket holder, scrap all the Valley Good allocation, do a sliding scale on number of loyalty points, and then general sale, which by that time the majority of fans would have got their tickets.
As I said earlier the club are always going to be dammed, and have underestimated the demand meaning there are genuine fans or those that have been previously will either miss out or have no choice where to sit.
The remaining seats will be sold today.
Orient sales are not going well,  this is probably the floating fans in that area who either support Tottenham, West Ham or Arsenal are either at home next weekend or have played in European cup final, meaning there is a chance of getting more tickets.
One more clean sheet and sniffer dog goal on Sunday please.
    Up the Charlton.
Why is your idea to scrap Valley Gold priority entirely?

They haven't even had the chance to get tickets yet, as VG opportunity to buy is today at 2pm.
Those that have Valley Gold, would have a season ticket. I cannot imagine anyone just having Valley Gold. Personally I would rather see genuine fans getting tickets with the points system. Only my opinion/
Nonsense, there will be tons of supporters who have Valley Gold but don’t have a ST. Many see it as a way of continuing to support the club when they can’t attend regularly.

This is actually the one match since the inception of Valley Gold where removing priority for Valley Gold makes the least sense. We’re going to have more tickets than we need, so what’s the harm in letting Valley Gold members have a priority window after season ticket holders have had their window?

I actually think the club have come up with a sales plan that is pretty fair for this one. The four tickets per season ticket holder thing feels a bit much, but the truth is without day trippers we wouldn’t sell our allocation.
It nots nonsense, it’s an opinion. Not into all this dick waving about supporting the youth system. I have VG, and my old man has had it since the launch at trining ground in 1989. It was launched then to support the club get out of the shit.  The only major benefits was winning £25 voucher to buy in Allders , Eltham, and a draw to win £100 or £50….so do not start chucking the VG card around.
It was, rolled out to support the club and club only, so before you start jumping on your high horse, Valley Gold has been in and remains to do so in our family, since 1989.
    It's an opinion that has been proven to be wrong. So it's nonsense. You said;

"Those that have Valley Gold, would have a season ticket. I cannot imagine anyone just having Valley Gold." This may have been what you thought at the time, but it has since been proven to be incorrect by various posters on here saying that they do have VG but no season ticket. So presumably your opinion must now change to one that's factually correct.

"Personally I would rather see genuine fans getting tickets with the points system."  You seem to be suggesting that VG members aren't "genuine fans", but why else would they stump up cash every month?

There seems to be plenty at the front of most upper tier blocks. Still great views generally.

For example there are 3 in row 2 of 543

  • From looking at the breakdown of the capacity at Wembley, there are 34,000 seats in the lower tier, 16,000 middle tier and 39,000 in the upper tier.

So from the look of what we've sold compared to what we were given, I'd estimate between 25-30k sold already from our end.

Add that to 10k Orient sold and an estimate 10k corporate/EFL seats gives about 45-50k. Which in turn would leave 40-45k seats remaining.

So between the many seats from our initial allocation still left in the upper tier, potential Orient allocation to be given to us and un-needed corporate seats, I reckon there will be plenty to go around.

And for what it's worth, I sat in the upper tier in 2019, was still great up there.

I’m not ST but do have VG and been to approx. 25 games this season including 7 always days. I appreciate ST should get priority but do think there should have been made another phase for none ST with VG AND points (250+)…but maybe that’s just because I’m in that position.

Everyone who wants one will get one, that may from now on be mainly in the top tier but the view everywhere in Wembley is great.

I think the club have got it right with 4 per season ticket holder as ultimately they want their allocation filled to cheer us on.

It will mean some hangers on get better seats than some non season ticket holding fans but, as I said, everyone who wants to be there, will be and surely being there is the important bit.

Hopefully most sales will go to genuine Charlton fans.

I was at the dreadful Crawley game and thought that was the end of Jones - hard to believe we're now in a playoff final.

    My maths. 😬
90000 stadium less say 5000 buffers less 25000 Orient leaves 60000 seats? Everyone will get in I’d say.

Please note tickets will only be available to purchase online. Once a supporter has purchased a ticket, they will receive a confirmation email. They will then receive the print-at-home ticket early next week.

I’m not being funny but 1800 tickets for Wycombe got to Phase 4 or 5.

My Dad and I have been to over a thousand CAFC games easily between us and at this rate we won’t get tickets at 2pm tomorrow. As Golfie said, 4 tickets per season ticket holder is an absolute outrage. It’s simply not fair.

With a 39,000 allocation my Dad and I should easily be able to get tickets! Every Charlton fan should be able to!

Every Charlton fan will.  We will get given up to 52,000 tickets if we sell out the first lot and no way we sell 52,000.
Would be funny if we did though, then we could say to the spanners“you only took 45,000?“

On one level I’d have liked to have seen another tier of priority for ST holders who go to away games, but in practical terms it also makes it harder to assemble big groups of mates/family as they wouldn’t all qualify at the same time. I did like the 1pm sale, but then two of us were in the 134 who qualified. It helped.

Could be correct. Quick look at random blocks and it appears none of the £31 tickets in the nose bleeds have been bought. They must be a good 6/7 thousands tickets. Everything else in the other price bands have plenty of tickets sold amongst the top tier.

Yes, but who wants a seat with a restricted view where you can only see one goal?
