    The shambles continues

My fan id still has no season ticket assigned to it
My fan ID doesn't acknowledge my Valley Gold membership
Wembley still not responded to my enquiry about a box for 20
Phone number for the hospitality is a recorded message saying how closed they are
Chat bot for Hospitality has a link for your enquiry.  That link doesn't work.

So glad the £15k a year on season tickets that we spend is acknowledged.
Try logging in with your FanID as the username rather than your email (or vice versa).

Both log in approaches work for me and bring up my same details, but for some reason only the former recognises the correct status/points

I'm sure you will be fine, just as soon as people get back to work on Monday, and there are plenty of hospitality tickets left.

But you'd think someone at the club would have the job of looking after our list of existing sponsors and hospitality customers, etc. Especially if they want them to renew for next season.

If it was up to me, I'd be in the upper tier, best view of the game. Unfortunately, someone I'm with has a fear of heights so it's a no go.

There isn't a bad seat in the house to watch Charlton at Wembley, come on.
The first 10 or so rows behind the goals are generally awful. You’re sort of almost below pitch level and have absolutely no idea what is going on at the opposite end.
That's why I've gone right for the back of 132, should be able to get a decent enough view of the opposite end, and the atmosphere will hopefully be good.

Sorry if this has already been covered but are pets allowed into the stadium?
I hope so as I've bought my pet Aligater the seat next to me.

I was thinking about the players being affected by slippery conditions, and that becoming an unpredictable factor.

London’s a massive place (and Wembley is hardly in the centre of it). Met Office has it as dry at the moment, hopefully that doesn’t change but we can’t control the weather.

Completely agree the fan ID stuff is poor, but surely an email or phone call to the club can resolve this, you are well connected so you must know someone who can resolve that for you?

Also on your points about Wembley, i guess they were probably quite busy yesterday and today is Sunday, so it's not exactly unexpected that you haven't had a response from them yet. I'm sure someone will get back to you tomorrow morning.

I’m being a proper digital illiterate, but when I google Wembley seat view, I just get an overhead view of my block as opposed to what the view of the pitch looks like from my seat 😂

if anyone would be grateful to share the right link, that would be appreciated

Apologies if it's been said before and I've missed it. That's an outrageous amount of money to the club, hope things get sorted and sharpish 👍🏻

I know we've been given the Green Man, but has anyone heard anything about Boxpark?

I'm aware that usually one club gets the GM and one gets Boxpark, but in 2019 we had both, so i'm wondering what will happen here. They announced Sheff Utd having Boxpark 2-3 days ago so it seems odd they haven't announced anything yet for our game which is the next day.

Just threaten to change them next year into seats in the Lower North - someone at the club will soon sort you out. I suspect they may have even "reserved" some of the hospitality themselves to offer to the prawn sandwich brigade. But you'd think they would tell them that.

Almost 86 years of suffering and pain while supporting this once mighty club, man and boy, night and day, through thick and thin, rain and snow, home and (occasionally) away, just for 20 paltry loyalty points.

Exactly the same Wembley ticket access as a Man Utd-supporting glory hunter who has never been to the Valley and signed up to the ticketing website last week.

I call for a public inquiry.

Check your fan id is the one on your season ticket. Both myself and  Mrs valleycat have both current fan ids and ones from10 years ago but have consistently had season tickets. At some point the club updated the numbering system.

Sorry if this has been mentioned elsewhere but I haven't seen it. One of the guys I sit with has bought 4 tickets but accidently made 2 of them over 65 tickets, is there a way to 'upgrade' them back to a regular adult ticket?

This is ruining the build up to the game !

Might be able to just get away with it as Wembley has electronic turnstiles.

I think we can bodge if needed as I think one of the blokes is sort of mid to late 50s, just wanted to be safe

Been said a lot already on here.

we will have both the Green Man and Box park, as with last time and as with every game at Wembley.

The team allocated our end of the stadium gets both of those in their list of designated pubs.

With a 50% discount I reckon 75% of the crowd will be on a concession.
