Something went wrong before Reading. NJ alluded to something about the players eating later than normal. Booking hotels etc is part of the Secretary's job. Maybe he cocked up one time to many? It was silly of TS bringing in someone from non league. They wouldn't have overnight stays etc. Plus I'd assume things like player registration etc is much more complicated especially when signing players like Dixon and all the red tape involved, that one seemed to drag on for ages. I'm only speculating but I'm guessing he was out of his depth.valleynick66 said:

I thought he looked scruffy in his announced picture on the Os. Maybe I'm old school/ old fashioned/ a cockwomble/ all three but I think a whistle or smart shirt rather than "just nipping down the garden centre" jumper is more appropriate for a club official regardless of how tinpot we might be league wise.
I welcome the immaculately attired Chirs Parkes back in this respect.
