In a way though a lot of the stuff is the same - non-league or league, it's all registering players, doing contracts, bonuses etc, paying fines... just with bigger numbers.

And he has worked at league clubs at least.

Massive difference between playing and administration. Maldon are in the 8th tier, the admin for a part time/amateur club like that is completely different from an EFL club

To extend the (near) namesakes he looks more like Penfold than Dangermouse  in that picture
