Like symmetry Episode V of Obi-Wan had to live up to being peak viewing in the series vs the Saga - and it delivered from where I am. Vader’s rage and evilness is at an all time high…

I've only seen the first three episodes of Obi Wan. The production is great, but the story has been so dull. Basically Ewan McGregor going backwards and forwards feeding his pet slices of fish.

Sherwood looks promising. Amazing cast of established TV actors. Slow burn establishing characters (and no doubt various red herrings) which is very much in The Forgotten style. Be interesting how the two lead coppers get on with each other (or don't) as the story moves forward.
really enjoying it so far and has provided a good life lesson. Always turn off the bluetooth when watching porn.
well that escalated at the end of the episode

Finally finished the latest series of My Brilliant Friend. Can't wait for the 4th and final installment.
Was tempted to get the audio books so i could listen to it all before the last series, but the narrator is apparently terrible and changes the pronunciations of their names all the time, so may just buy the books and read them instead.

Anyone watched any 'we own this city' from the producers of The Wire, yet?
    It's next on my list

Yes. I believe so and is also a true story, or at least based on one.

Just finished season 4 of Mayans MC, loads of pieces now on the board and character arcs becoming complete. Its right up there with Sons of Anarchy if not starting to overtake it

    Anyone watched 'Maid' on Netflix?

It's a series about a young lady escaping from her abusive boyfriend with her young daughter. Absolutely captivating.

I did the typical thing of watching halfway through once my wife had started and then asking a load of questions about who was who... enjoyed it, the lead actress was very good.

Excellent series. Andi Macdowell steals the show.

Did you know that the young girl that plays the maid is Andi Macdowell's daughter in real life!

Yes I was very surprised to discover that.

I thought the lead character was absolutely outstanding. Surprised I'd never heard of her.

    Lazarus Project anybody?

A twist on the time slip theme that has been done elsewhere with a dose of black comedy thrown in.

Written by the person who wrote that Giri/Haji thing on BBC a few years ago.

It’s got a pretty decent cast and I enjoyed it.

Mrs SB gave up after half an hour.  I only just hung on. Now at the end of episode 2 and I’m still with it if not entirely captivated.

It’s getting so hard to avoid the Series 4 spoilers for ST especially with Kate getting to number 1 all over the world.
I was going to finish series 3 whilst on holiday but the Wi-Fi has been crap 😩😩😩😩

I must have watched the first 5 minutes of the first episode Stranger Things 10 times before giving it the chance it fully deserved. Really, really well done and this series has some legitimate genuine pant-filling moments

The new James Nesbitt series Suspect - truly dreadful.
I reckon it was shot during Covid, which was why all the episodes generally had only 2 actors.
It wasn't great, I was glad when it finally ended.
