Directly copying what we did. I always thought such tactics were really effective, the pitch covered in something silly like rubber pigs or taxis makes a brilliant news story, creating far more publicity than normal protests
Problem is the ‘object’ of choice here is regarded as a bit unsavoury so any reporting may just be blocked 🤷🏻‍♂️
They’ve been a bit low brow with their ideas here really.
I agree. It's fine to protest by throwing non aggressive things onto the pitch but to make it news worthy to ALL media outlets its good to make it non confrontational & appropriate. Lots of kids attend football matches as well as watching highlight programmes afterwards. This might get coverage but for all the wrong reasons
Just won’t be taken seriously I suppose

Think that TV might be a bit queasy about covering that if I’m honest.

Just noticed it doesn’t just say “meet on the day to compare dildos” it also says “to construct a plan”
Now I have an image of loads of BCFC supporters standing around all holding dildos saying “so what shall we do?”

    THEY DON’T EVEN HAVE A PLAN! 🤯

Maybe they can sit on it for awhile  ;)

It reminds me of that West Ham fan/idiot on YouTube who gets selfies with players while waving a dildo about in the other hand, West Ham Dildo on tour or something.
Does it have the club badge on? 🤔
    No it's carrying a dildo.

In fairness it'll fit better than half a dozen foam taxis.

If they lose the final game, then Bowyer's Birmingham have done worse this season then Charlton did in the 19/20 championship - in terms of points.

Bit of a piss take that they will definitely be staying up. They don't deserve it

    Points deductions distorting that table.

Then again Sheffield Wednesday  should have been docked points too two years ago

Some news outlets report that Bowyer is ready to leave with no assistant and only 12 contracted players left.
  • Season ended 2 months ago, why wait until now to get rid of him?

Speculation here that it’s due to Bassini’s takeover being close.

I’m not sure Bowyer will take another managers role for a while.  He’s hardly had a good time of it and wasn’t a raging success at Brum
  • I just cant believe that Bassini is going to get the ok to run Birmingham. Well I suppose I can, but it's just wrong.
Not sure how long Bowyer had on his contract but compo is better than Bassini surely.
He must have done something wrong in his earlier life to deserve the shitfests he has managed under! Hmmmm

I think he’d need to drop back down to league one or even two and I doubt he’s likely to do that. Carp fishing beckons methinks.

He did at least keep them up for 2 seasons and wasn't too much of a car crash.

He'll be back and will return at league one/championship level. Probably needs a rest.

Words fail me if Bassini gets this through. It is so common knowledge what tricks this guys regularly pulls surely the EFL should just tell him to jog on ? This is exactly why cretins like him and Southall keep doing this shit because they know they can get away with it. Good on LB if he is walking before the twat arrives

Yes he had a bond there, but it was an odd decision to jump straight from us to Birmingham when he seemed pretty mentally frazzled

It was only in the papers yesterday that Bassini's exclusivity period had ended without him stumping up any funds and that Brum were talking to other parties so not entirely sure this is a sign Bassini's takeover is close.  Let's hope for their fans it's not.

Birmingham are an absolute car crash of a club and have been for some time, I think keeping them up two seasons in a row is a pretty decent accomplishment on LB's part and he can walk away with his head held high.

Agreed, though VERY lucky last season that two clubs had points deductions
