Are contracts usually signed at sparrows lane or the valley? I know they usually go to the valley to have the photos done etc but is this where contracts are signed? Just interested.2

I heard it was all but done 7 days ago. Haven't heard a lot since the change in circumstances though! I'd personally assume he's come down to sign everything as I believe things were verbally agreed a week or so ago.cfgs said:
