  • Navas has to do better for that free kick i think, ok it went through the wall but the ball wasn't right in the corner and i felt he should've got across.

That’s one of the worst tackles I’ve seen this year.  He isn’t even close to the ball.
  • That deserved two red cards - shocking tackle

    Deserved red
  • PSG have had a meltdown here. Ran rings round City at times in the first half, now 2-1 down and down to 10 men.

That's a horror tackle from Gueye.

Really surprised Pep hasn't brought on Aguero in recent games. Could nick an important for them now. City seem adverse to getting into the box at times

It seems that Pep prefers a "footballer" up front rather than a goalpoacher
  • what’s the point having a draft excluder if you leave that much ‘air’ in the middle of the wall
I think with my additional girth I might have stopped that goal!  But seriously though, that wall was a disaster, discipline and courage lacking.

2 different halves, PSG looked very good in the first and City could easily have gone further behind, the second half City picked it up and looked class and PSG started fouling alot so eventually the red card which changed the game further. Come on City finish them off next leg, not too fussed no Real Madrid v Chelsea but PSG are literally the worst club for me.

Ligue 1 is really tight this season, a 3 way battle between Lille, PSG and Monaco, with Lyon with an outside chance. It would be really funny if PSG miss out on both the title and the Champions League!

This is another advantage for City. They can rest most of last nights lineup for their league game on Saturday, but PSG can't as they need to win every game.
  • Tie definitely isn't over though. This is a PSG side who scored 3 away at Man utd, 4 at Barcelona and 3 at Bayern.

When you have a front three of Neymar, Mbappe and Di Maria I really wouldn't put anything past them

1st time that Mbappe has failed to have a shot in a champions league match

I wonder if he was fully fit. He went off injured in their game at the weekend so can't have been 100%

    City cruising into the final.

PSG lost their heads completely, they've turned into Dirty Leeds

Ruben Dias has made City so solid at the back.  Class player.

Phil Foden is going to be one of the best we've ever produced.

City were incredible. Lost count how many shots the defenders blocked. Ederson didn’t have a save to make. The last 15 minutes from PSG was disgusting, no attempt to win the ball just seemed intent on fouling, potentially injuring the city players.

    Hope Real win tomorrow.
A same nation final always takes away a bit of the shine for me.

I dunno, one of my favourite finals was an all-English one, but that might be because of John Terry slipping whilst trying to get all the glory, and then crying.

    Please don't say 'Real'.

It's like saying 'Aston' ... or 'Crystal' ... or 'Port'.

They are called 'Madrid'.  The clue is in the club song.

City have made some superb signings over the years, but Ruben Dias has to be up there as one of the best.

An incredible defender and given that he is still only 23 years old i don't think it's overstating it to say he has the potential to go down as one of the all time great centre backs.

PSG showing there class as ever on the way out, shocker! such an unlikeable club, be nice to see Mbappe move on to fulfill his full potential, if he can move to a decent league and win the champions league he will be up there with Messi/Ronaldo  , one day Foden in an ideal world :)

Two minds whether i want Chelsea or Real tonight, maybe slightly Chelsea as English but not fussed as long as they dont win the trophy, applies too both.

Chelsea for me. Madrid and Perez can fuck right off.

I know Chelsea were involved in the super league mess as well but we're led to believe they were dragged along rather than instigators and they were first to withdraw, so for me it's anyone but Madrid.

An all-English final will also annoy Javier Tebas the La Liga president who literally hates anything to do with the premier league.

Odd thing to pick on. It's perfectly acceptable in English, using "Real" is the equivalent of calling Manchester "United" or their neighbours "City". "Villa" is widely used to shorten the name of the team from Aston.
