Have defended him all the way but just because you can make 5 subs, doesn't mean you have to.  It is daft, breaks all rytham.  You learn that in pre season friendlies.

That being said, Bowyer is still a legend and the man for the job.

Camp save!!... Bonne got it on target
Should of done more than get it target, straight at the keeper, could of rolled it underneath him, no instinct

Such a crabby goal to concede as well, wouldn’t mind if someone pulled out a 30yd worldie but it’s always a Sunday League Jobbie that does us

I can't even blame Bowyer. We don't have the quality to press for a second. Our best choice was trying to hold on. But we couldn't.

The substitutions changed the game for the worse. I love Bowyer but he got it wrong.

I turned off for the last 15 mins because it was so obvious what would happened.

    Just turned back on.

    It happened.

    Again.

We all know how this is gonna end.

Millwall in the prem. us in league one.

    Taylor to blame not Bowyer
Bollocks - he weren't that good
He’d have put away some of these chances our strikers are fluffing.
Irrelevant now anyway as he's not in the squad to be picked from. Wish people would stop blaming every conceivable fucker rather than the 11 on the pitch and the coaching team on the bench.

Blind optimism as usual. Can’t you just admit we’re not good enough?

Love Bowyer to bits for everything hes done for us and for sticking with us through all the behind the scenes shit but, sorry, that defeat is at his door tonight. We're not good enough to defend a 1 goal lead for that long. Those substitutions cost us dear. Theres 2 fucking matches left Lee,those players couldve managed the full 90 surely? So pissed off. That will feel like a defeat in the dressing room right now.

    Philips spilled it.
  • Deserve to go down on that late showing again, substitutions were questionable again,Bowyer has to take some blame for last 3 results along with the starting line ups

Bowyer becoming the problem, not the solution. As guilty as Taylor if we go down......... !

So we need Hull and Luton to draw on Saturday, and for them both to lose their final matches. Not to mention Barnsley still have nine points to play for. Can't see us getting anything from the final two games.

Sarr and Field the subs that cost us.   Love Sarr but he wasn't needed. Field was. Agree with the others.

Bowyer needs to keep these boys attacking.

    Plus points,
    Aneke was brilliant.
    Doughty was brilliant.
    Phillips made some cracking saves.
Bonne scored and had a great chance saved well at point blank.
    McGeady played well.
    Pearce was decent.
    Field was decent.
    Matthews was decent
    Williams was okay
    Lockyer was adequate
    Hemed was adequate
    Pratley was adequate
    Purrington was adequate
    Cullen was poor

Morgan did okay in his cameo
Sarr not enough time to comment.

    Taylor was anonymous.
    Solly was anonymous.

Has Cullen been told he is not wanted at West Ham? That was a terrible performance by him.

Without doubt, this lot are the biggest bunch of bottlers in the history of football.

1 point from 12 in a relegation battle says it all.

Missed chances earlier in the game cost us that, not the subs. At only 0-1 the last 10 mins were always going to be the way they were, regardless of who was on the pitch. We should’ve been 2 or 3 up by then.

We just don’t take enough care in the final third. Several times and several different players, we got in behind and into great areas from which you have to create clear sights on goal, but picked out defenders or somehow let them get a last ditch tackle in. Bonne missing from 3 yards didn’t help either, but at least he was in the right area - the only player with a hint of goal scoring instinct in our side.

Very difficult to see us beating either Wigan or Leeds.

Only so many times you can say we were unlucky, ultimately if you keep missing chances they will come back to bite you, again and again and again. Resigned to relegation, were just not good enough, despite the absolutely herculean effort from bowyer and the staff to battle against the odds stacked so far against us from the start of the season.

Barring a miracle on Saturday, Burton away it will be once again. With all the points dropped in the 90th min this year, it is probably what we deserve

That’s the last point we’ll get this season. If Hull and Luton don’t draw on Saturday, it’s over.
