A live beam back from the den has been confirmed!0

Allocation won't be increased though. Confirmed.0

UPDATE: @MillwallFC have confirmed that no more tickets will be allocated to Charlton for the fixture at The Den on April 3rd
BEAMBACK: Charlton WILL, however, be arranging a beamback at The Valley. We'll bring you details once confirmed.0 -
No extra tickets.
But there will be a beam-back. How will this work? On the big screen?0 -
Charlton fans will be kept back in the stadium and Floyd road closed for half an hour after the end of the beam back on police advice.sammy391 said:A live beam back from the den has been confirmed!

Watching a beamback of your local derby is far from the real thing. Shambles. Soon they'll try make it a spectator-less sport and all on TV...1
-
I won't bother then.
There should be a really good demand for a beam back. They could do it properly and make a good day of it.0 -
Well its not on Sky is it? So a beam back is as close as I will get.0

Hopefully no expensive seat east standers sneak into the cheaper seats in the corner near the screen for a better view ;-)6

They are only thinking of our safety....
Well i shall be getting beamback tickets. I hope its not fecking VIP and Valley Gold first.

Idiotic from Millwall, a couple of years back there was trouble in the lower end which was started by Millwall fans throwing coins & bottles at our end at full time.
Last year they didn't stop us from being in the Lower tier, which there was no trouble.
So why now?
I was lucky enough to get my tickets, but for those who can't get in the away end surely it's only going to cause more 'trouble' with the amount of our fans going in their end because they can't get tickets for our end!1 -
Have Millwall or Charlton offered any explanation at all ?0
-
Beamback?
So, are we all round to Roland's?9 -
Joking aside, could never see this ever done by Charlton. Maybe the reason for the lack of statement is they are checking with the football league ?? Poor decision from Millwall.0

How ironic if it hit one of our own in the home end.PL54 said:
Do you mind wearing red if not in the away end?
Cafc wanted the full allocation so all down to Millwall football club.

From the OS, sounds good.
Away tickets for Charlton’s match at Millwall next month are now sold out.
The club were informed earlier in the week that the allocation at The Den had been reduced to 2,017 from 3,003 for security reasons.
However, Charlton have secured exclusive rights for a beamback to The Valley for the fixture on Friday, April 3rd (3pm).
The event will be hosted by Karl Howman of Brush Strokes fame and there will be guest appearances from Gary Bushell, Jim Davidson and Gemma Arteton.
There will be a half-time quiz on great locomotives of the past century and there will be stalls selling stuff nicked from the museum the night before.
Return coach travel to The Valley is available via the club's Valley Away service, priced £12. Click here for more information.

& if you have fans scattered around the home end, if they keep quiet there won't be a problem will there. If you cannot be sensible about sitting in a home end then you probably deserve a clump. Would be the same at most grounds, try sitting at Stoke, Pompey, Leeds, West Ham, etc and showing your allegiances in their home end!2 -
But they are all proper football teams.Sparrows Lane Lion said:

Do Millwall fans sitting in home ends at The Valley "deserve a clump" ?4 -
I remember we did this in 2000 for the Bolton FA Cup quarter final. They erected a big screen in the middle of the pitch and we watched from the West Stand.fattmatt said:No extra tickets.

Nice try Macronate ?
Gemma Arteton is having one of my tickets,
so no chance of her being at the beam back.

Nah, she's agreed to parade around in her undercrackers as well!Shag said:GEMMA ARTETON .... are you kidding me

No, not on police orders, but I understand that the police bill for allowing Charlton both tiers was a little on the high side.PL54 said:0 -
Joking aside... no they wouldnt but Charlton would just keep their own fans back and let the Millwall fans out on to the streets surrounding the Valley to ensure they get their trains on time.Spanish said:Joking aside, could never see this ever done by Charlton.
