Puts the heat on Reading, Bolton and Huddersfield, handily. We really need a result Saturday though to put the PB game out of our system and to knock back the threat from the chasing pack.
Back to back wins for Orient and they're 2 points off 6th now (although Huddersfield have game in hand).
That Kelman scored again. 15 league goals (3 assists) for the season now. I thought he was there academy player but actually on loan from QPR.
Hasn't really done anything at QPR or in any of his previous loans. Maybe this season is his 'coming of age' though. QPR need to decide whether to give him another go next season or try and shift him on whilst his stock is reasonably high.
It's down to 3 from 6 for the play offs now I think, with 4-6th to play for. I reckon we need 4 more wins. Beat Huddersfield and we would have to massively cock up not to make it. Lose and the next 4 games would make or break our chances.
Sounds like Wrexham got bloody lucky last week, Dave Challinor has claimed that PGMOL have apologised for getting the following decisions wrong.
- Dobson should have been sent off for Wrexham - The penalty shouldn't have been given - The Stockport lad shouldn't have been sent off
If you watch the pen, the ref doesn’t give it. Then James McLean goes nuts and for some weird reason, after a longish delay, the ref changes his decision. Very odd.
Can't find this season's betting thread, but Birmingham, Wycombe, Stockport and Wrexham all to win this coming weekend against pretty weak opposition is about 7/1. Throw us in if you're brave enough and it rises to 16/1. Our opposition is sadly not so weak.
I would add Huddersfield to win and bet on any 4 from 5 and the 5 accumulator. 6 bets in all and as a bit of insurance against an otherwise disappointing day.
Well that worked out all right from a financial point of view. Would rather have lost the bet and made up ground on the others, but I'm resigned to the play offs anyway.

Away from the heat and dust of the promotion and play-off battle, I see that Rotherham got thumped 4-0 at home by Crawley this afternoon. The Millers have had a very disappointing season and I wonder if that result might see the end of Steve Evans.
Apologies if mentioned elsewhere but apparently Dion Charles who now plays for Huddersfield but is out injured, was in the Bolton away end yesterday.
Absolutely ridiculous, to not be with your own team, but to be supporting your ex club and direct playoff rivals.
Makes Macauley Bonne liking a couple of Ipswich posts on Instagram seem very minor in comparison. If I was a Huddersfield fan I'd never want him playing for the team again.

Yet back in the summer when they signed quite a few players they were apparently nailed on to get promoted according to posters on here.
