It’s a shame but not really much the club can do about that. Hopefully they continue it for the rest of this season

What are the implications of this irregularity? Does anyone know?
I suspect they may be non-executive directors, which would mean they are not registered with companies house, as they should have no day to day role in running the club. They are simply advisors to the board.

They all know how to speak to the fans as they are professional PR men. Personally I shall judge them on what they actually achieve and not on what they say.

Exactly how I see it, but I understand I very much want to believe
so may be guilty of being taking in by words once again as I was with TS and am
aware of several others with doubts which you can not ignore.
With no inside knowledge we do seem to have been poorly managed
for years and therefore I am pleased to have a football person running the
football side, if you can improve on the scouting, recruitment, data, injuries
etc then you may well see a big difference. Weather that is enough on its own,
who knows but without it as a base we will get what we have had for the last
few years.

A shame but totally understandable, given we don't have an unlimited budget the resources should be spent elsewhere.
Clearly JR saying how great the museum is is the biggest takeaway but after that:
The club is being funded via equity rather than loans. That's good IMHO but leaves the questions regarding how much and how can it be increased, if required.
The motivation of the beneficial owners remains unclear but it seems they are going to be very hands off. This leaves Methvan as the key player in the whole deal. That he's at the ground and the training ground weekly and is using his PR skills to promote the club refutes any claims that he's not very much involved.
AS has identified the areas that need to be improved eg recruitment, injury management, fitness. Nothing radical there as these should be key areas at any club but many fans have suggested we've not been good enough in these areas. Identifying a problem and solving it are two different things but you need to do the first before you can do the second.
The hunt for the Director of Performance continues.
As mentioned on here by me two weeks ago Cousin Tony may stay but a fortnight on no announcement has been made.
The budget is estimated to be between 2nd and 4th in the division so, as AS acknowledged, we're underperforming on the pitch. No argument from me, or I suspect many others, on that.
Recruitment won't just rely on analytics but will be a mix of stats and watching players live.
The club weren't aware of the planned parking restrictions but now they are.
Agree with everyone who says actions not words and I remain cautious but the fans forum is doing what it it meant to do eg ask questions, raise issues, seek clarification and offer suggestions.
Reading the notes the content is an advance on how these things have been previously. I have questioned the constitution of the fans part of the fans forum previously, and so have other posters. The Shamocracy can say to anybody interested that they have forged a meaningful relationship with fans, to an extent it is box ticking. However given our experience of regimes then judging them by results is all we really have isn’t it? That’s the meaningful bit. That’s a reason why my pass/fail judgement rests on results, wins, points and automatic promotion. Hence my fixation as to why we are currently eight points behind (my) target.
So judging them on results they are not good enough right now.
Am I the only one to wonder how collegiate fits into the make up of a football manager ? Probably me just being a bit thick. He said the club put together a long list and shortened it based on looking for someone:
