    I know it’s controversial but I’d leave McIlroy out this afternoon. Won’t happen though.

    Re playing with each other’s balls (oo er), they have just said on radio that they don’t alternate but choose one brand per pairing. The captains even take it into account - three out of four Euro pairings use the same balls.

    Don’t know why I’ve only just noticed this, but Fitzpatrick has been putting with the flag in.
    I thought that was only allowed if your ball is ‘off’ the green. Am I imagining that rule? Or have they changed the rules?

    The rules changed during covid to stop people touching the flag (yes I know……). For a while everyone was doing it but Fitz is the only one who has persevered.
