Shouldn't there be a Welsh presenter with Gary for balance?

Would rather listen to Chesney tbh.

  • Rashford terrible! Missed easy chance and gives the ball away every time. England not playing well but Wales poor.. Foden also not doing anything.

I wouldn't be opposed to pushing Bellingham wide for 15 minutes and have Foden go through the middle with Kane. See if he can unlock something in his preferred position.

Agree with others that Rashford should be hooked off.

As boring watching England as watching "Garnerball".

That touch map showed Wales haven’t touch the ball once in our box

Can’t believe how negative Wales have been.

Think we’ve been okay. 11 men behind the ball is always hard to break down, our best openings have come from high press and winning it back.

Aren’t they going to show the highlights from the other match in the group?

Haven't really exerted ourselves over the two and a half games and as it stands, still winning the group. Leaving aside whether it's the right approach, Southgate will be pleased with that. The concern as a fan has to be can we step it up when the situation demands it?

It could be more exciting but this is the modern reality for most teams when it comes to tournament football - coaches set up first and foremost not to lose. Look at France keeping it tight against Denmark, Argentina against Mexico, Brazil against Serbia and Switzerland...

No Johnny Williams or Gunter or Matthews or Levitt or Church etc...

We are going to need to get much better at breaking teams down
why? When you hit the knockout stages both teams will be playing to win??
What happens if we go a goal down at any point?
To give you a genuine answer - most good teams that go one up will not park the bus and hope for the one- nil win - that's been the criticism of England under Southgate so you should already be aware of this

    Rashford having a shocker
Henderson is just so so so boring

we don’t need Hendo and Rice out there we need some creativity

its better than the USA game but still need to step it up!  Feel for Foden too as he looks up and sees Rashford invariably tightly marked, Hendo who is fucking shit or Walker who is a  sprinter and not a great footballer!

as I said the other day - it’s the most technically gifted squad for a generation and we play shit and stodgy football

wales are dreadful and Bale had been utter dog toffee.  Really struggling to stay awake

Brazil's performances have been nothing like ours! They may have not let the opposition have a shot on target but they've played nothing like us.

And France v Denmark..... yes..... Denmark! Not Wales!!!

Should bring Saka on for Foden.

    Sterling on for Rashford.

    Mount/Maddison on for Henderson.

    Trippier for Walker.

You're right - they've scored half the amount of goals we have!

Maguire was great against USA and has looked good tonight too. Gets lots of stock, sometimes deserved, but credit where it’s due.
  • Foden cutting in from the left, his City position
  • YES
  • Have that!
  • Lol, Rashford😂😂
