    Not surprised that Ryan Inniss got the Community Champion Award, as he really seems to have bought into the work the Trust do, and definitely seems to have a soft spot for the Upbeats as many of us do.

    Nice little story from Curbs about JJ after he signed for us, Where are you going to live Curbs asks JJ?
    answer, I've found a nice place in Docklands, Oh yeah where asks Curbs.....Silvertown :D.

    Sounds like he's saying that the aim will be to get him out on loan

    Steve Avory talked about Ashley Maynard-Brewer, highly rated by Andy Marshall and the first team coaching staff. Mentioned a development plan for him next season, hopefully that suggests we’ll aim to get him out on loan.

    It’s a shame he had to be on our first team bench all season as I’m sure everyone would have preferred him playing week in week out elsewhere.

    What an interesting piece with Steve Avory, very much informed and I like his take on the academy to first team approach, good man and the academy is in great hands.
