Good to see all the horses come down the centre of the track, should stop the draw bias

3.00 -  Probably an “out there” selection but I’ll be backing Alounak each way at 50s. German form wasn’t too bad (2 wins on soft) and was only a length behind Anthony Van Dyck at Santa Anita. Joined Balding, who ran him for the first time a couple of weeks ago at Newmarket. Could well be an also ran today but at 50s, got to be value.
At more sensible prices, I’ll also be on Morando, if the rain continues.
    Great call sir.

My own picks for Friday (prices may vary slightly):

1.15 - Art Power to win @ 9/4; Triple Spear each way (16s)
1.50 - Golden Melody to win @ 9/2 or so; Valpolicella each way (16s)
    2.25 - Lipizzaner to win @ 3/1; Imperial Force each way (10s)
3.00 - Anthony Van Dyck to win @ 11/4; Defoe each way filth (13/2)
    3.35 - Lope Y Fernandez to win @ 9/2; Millisle each way (10s)
4.10 - Born With Pride to win @ 5/2, also considering Berkshire Rocco at 9/2
    4.40 - Good Birthday e/w @ 10s; Medal Winner e/w @ 8/1. I think Scarlet Dragon could massively outrun 40/1.

    Ben Linfoot's tips as follows:

    1.15 - Keep Busy
    1.50 - Willabell
    3.35 - Royal Lytham
    4.40 - Al Muffrih
    4.40 - Indianapolis

Hugh Taylor's tips as follows (prices have obviously already collapsed):

    1.15 - City Walk
    1.50 - Golden Melody (hey!)
    3.00 - Hamish
    4.40 - Durston
Lol well that's one way to call it!

    And Saturday:

12.40 - Nahaarr but price has collapsed (14s last night!); Burmese Waltz appeals each way at 22/1 or so with the draw.
1.15 - Happy Romance and Sands of Time, both e/w
    1.50 - Qaader to win; Talbot e/w
2.25 - Alpine Star to win
3.00 - Pinatubo to win (Simon Rowlands makes a good case)
3.35 - One Master to win; Breathtaking Look is Ben Linfoot's tip each way and he makes a great case.
4.10 - stick a pin! I like Air Raid at the odds for a place if he behaves; Summerghand as each-way filth also.
4.40 - The Grand Visir for the win as Who Dares Wins has collapsed in price. Adrrastos each-way fascinates me and I think is worth a look but the 25s available last night has halved.

did the ITV7 this morning then thought I might as well back it up with real bets, all to win, except Run Wild EW. Short odds the lot of them, and bear in mind I know nothing.

    14:25  Run Wild
    15:00  Pinatubo
    15:35  Sceptical
    16:10  Bielsa

1.15. A small each way bet on Wings of a Dove at 50-1. Ran well from a poor draw on debut behind Sacred.
