Seriously think more needs to be done about some of these fixtures, there is (as ever) little to no consideration for the fans.

Middlesbrough having to go to London on a Friday night. Is there even a train they can get back that night? Leeds having to come to London for a 12.30 kick off (although they'll still sell out). Brentford having to go to Hull for an early kick off.

For me, the EFL, Sky and the clubs should agree that Friday night games or early kick offs should be kept as 'local' fixtures. Or as close to local where possible.
SKY will see it though as though they're saving fans from making the journey

I've said for years that they should only ever show derbies on the telly, it would add more interest for the neutral while keeping travel easy for fans. But I guess the issues then becomes policing those that are evening kick-offs.

12.30 on a Friday seems a bit harsh on the fans.

Yeah I reckon we're done with live games being re-arranged by SKY now (unless of course they show Leeds on the last day)

The way Leeds are going this game won't be of much importance.

It'll be interesting the see the final league tables of how many games each team are shown, as we had that bizarre spell when we seemed to be on nearly every week!

Our game against Millwall could be a Sky game?
  • Options
Will that be Friday night, Saturday or Sunday lunchtime?

I'm sure i read somewhere that West Brom will have appeared on Sky 16 or 17 times after these matches have been announced.

Apart from the money, you have to feel sorry for the fans arranging things such as transport, day offs etc etc.. Ridiculous.
100% agree, the only fans who benefit are the armchair fans and the ones living abroad, especially when they move the matches where the transport is non goer.
