The biggest outrage in that game was the MOTM decision. Morkel?! Elgar plays one of the better Test innings of recent years and you give it to Morkel? Sentiment getting in the way there

Close call but Morkel took 9-110 in the game, that’s greatbowling.
Elgar is unlucky though as he carried his bat against a top bowling attack.
Main thing is that they nailed the cheating convicts.
What seams so bad to me in this instance is that it was not the action of an individual. It would appear the whole team agreed to it. I would like to believe that someone would have said something to stop it happening but apparently not.
Has there ever been a more appropriate spelling mistake on Charlton Life?
Shocking passage of play from Bairstow. He hits a rank long hop from the underutilized leggie Astle straight to mid-on and is dropped and so next over from Astle he hits another one to mid-wicket where Williamson holds on. We are supposed to be trying to save the game aren't we?
Stokes in last overs play before dinner pony shot lifting one to backward point chasing a short one outside off stump last over before dinner ...aaaaaaah
How is it that Wagner is allowed to bowl 4 or 5 bouncers an over? Is it because he only bowls at 70mph?
I was thinking that but I assume that some, especially the ones that are in the waist to chest area, are just regarded as short of a length balls as opposed to bouncers.
Obviously we lost this with our pitiful first innings performance. But the fact that so many players got in during the 2nd innings and failed to convert says as much.
How refreshing to play a side who want to play good tough cricket but within the boundaries of the game. And to hear a captain so modest about his own contribution not just with the bat but the decision to bowl first.

That's why they've only beaten us 10 times in 88 years.

Just lost Malan. 142-4. Another batsman just hanging is bat out looking for the edge.
78 behind
Stokes 62 not out
Woakes 37 not out
292/6
So surely minimum 2 hours play or minimum 29 overs
Stokes out for 66
Woakes 38 not out
So frustrating.
