I think it is reasonably straightforward with Karl. He seems genuinely excited to be managing a club like Charlton and also seems determined to succeed (well who wouldn't). He will have set himself goals and he clearly failed to meet them last season. I am picking up satisfaction because he thinks he will do better this. He seems much happier with his squad.
